Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Come and rest in our 12 m2 balcony apartment located in a vacation residence, with its 2 secure swimming pools available from April to September. Surrounded by the Moliets Golf Course, very close to the ocean and in the middle of pine trees, this apartment will be ideal for recharging your batteries. The pools are within 50 m, and the beach is accessible by walking along the golf course in less than 15 minutes. Free parking, and laundry 20 meters away. Linens are provided.
