Tiny tiny house: Cozy Moselle Cottage (CozMoCo)

Nur für Selbstversorger und mit Schlafsack unterwegs (oder Bettbezüge dabei)! Ich biete eine einfache, kleine (!) gemütliche Holzhütte für Menschen, die mit kleinem Gepäck inkl. Schlafsack reisen, und sich selbst versorgen oder die Gastro-Angebote im Ort nutzen. Biker, Wanderer...., die das Ursprüngliche und die Ruhe lieben, dürfen sich hier wohl fühlen. In der Hütte herrscht Nachts ein schönes Klima durch die Holzbauweise, fast wie draußen schlafen, aber doch komfortabel und geschützt.

Apartment near the Moselle | Terrace | 2-4 guests

This cosy holiday flat "Trouwe" is located on the ground floor. Here you will find a separate bedroom with a king-size double bed. The living room/kitchen and bathroom are separate. With two additional sofa beds, up to 3 more people can stay here. In all flats you will find a fully automatic coffee machine, smart TV in the living and sleeping area, a washing machine and a small workplace. A very nice roof terrace with lounge, bicycle storage, wine fridge and parking spaces.

This apartment has a sunny balcony with vineyard view. It is located in a vivid village, Ediger-Eller. There are many restaurants, wine tarrace and shops nearby. We were searching our holiday house with Mosel view. This was a river front and outdated hotel, we were crazy enough to buy it during covid time and renovated to 5 apartments, 1 studio and 1 hotel room. It is a perfect place to stay for a couple, family with big kids and group trips.

Take a vacation in a late Gothic half-timbered house built in 1467. Feel the atmosphere of crooked walls and a floor that reflects the history of the house and its inhabitants. Also enjoy the hospitality of the wine god Bacchus of Bruttig-Fankel. Capacity for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Two bedrooms offer king size beds, one with direct access to the bathroom. An additional bathroom is available for 3–6 people. With an occupancy of 5–6 people, a small bedroom upstairs with two single beds complements the accommodation.

The Pelzerhaus offers 100 square meters of living space for 5 people. Two separate, spacious double bedrooms and one single bedroom ensure your sleeping comfort. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The living room and the separate kitchen with full amenities are inviting for relaxation. Unser 2022 renoviertes 50m² großes Apartment befindet sich im Ortsteil Eller direkt am Moselsteig und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Calmont Klettersteig. Die Mosel ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in ca. 400m Entfernung.
