Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, den Wald und den Golfplatz (mit öffentlichem Restaurant) erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Der Ruhrradweg führt durch Neheim-Hüsten, somit auch für Radfahrer als Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet. Es gibt per Auto rundherum innerhalb einer halben Stunde viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. die Sorpe- und Möhnetalsperre, die Altstadt Arnsberg und auch die historische Stadt Soest.

Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. The house is very spacious and offers an open-plan kitchen living area for convivial holidays. The newly renovated colourful rooms are functional and generously furbished. 4 Sleeping rooms and 2 large Bathrooms are a comfortable set up for up to 2 Families. Wellbeing and Relaxation guaranteed in the big professional hottub and Sauna Located in the heart of Sauerland surrounded by peaceful nature but close enough to enjoy skiing in Winterberg and Willingen (about 1 hour drive).

The quaint cottage Gabi is located above the Hennese lake & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland countryside. It is fully made of wood inside & exudes cozy coziness in a quaint atmosphere. Courtesy as before 30 years! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sheep couch in the living room & bedroom floor on about 51 m ², so that there is space for 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with wonderful views.

Frenkhausen is located about ten kilometers west of Meschede. The Erlenwald Nature Reserve south of Frenkhausen borders the town. The L 686 runs through Frenkhausen. The Frenkhausener Bach flows into the Kesselbach near the village. Our vacation rental is located in the village. Adjacent towns are Olpe and Herblinghausen. From here you can quickly get to Winterberg, Willingen, Arnsberg, Wildewiese, Sorpesee, Hennesee, Möhnesee and many other beautiful excursion destinations ❤️

Apartment Broche, vacation from everyday life

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

It offers plenty of space for a nice family vacation. Enjoy the magnificent views over the valley from the terrace. The large garden invites you to relax, play and barbecue. Nature lovers, cyclists, bathers and winter sports enthusiasts will find the perfect holiday destination here.

Seehaus in Sauerland, near Winterberg

... enjoy the wonderful nature on the Hennesee. The cottage is located only about 130 m from the shore of the Hennese on a small holiday park. Via a small side exit you can reach the footpath to the bathing bay on the shore of the lake in less than 1 min. The cottage offers an absolutely quiet and private atmosphere. From here you can plan great bike rides or hikes or you can enjoy the absolute idyll and the sparkling lake from the garden & balcony.

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

In Meschede, the holiday home 'Villa Natura' offers an excellent view of the mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Für 2-4 Personen (Person 3 & 4 Schlafsofa) am Rande von Winterberg. Für 2 Personen perfekt, mit 4 Personen ist es eng. Ein Hund kostet 20 Euro pro Aufenthalt und muss mit der Kurtaxe vor Ort bezahlt werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
