This beautiful sandstone house was built in 1837 and has been lovingly restored in a French country / shabby chic style. There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which overlook the large pool and outdoor seating area whilst the remaining 2 overlook the beautifully picturesque sandstone village of Saint Magne de Castillon which is nestled in amidst the Castillonnais vineyards. 7 minutes drive from St Emilion and 50 minutes drive from Bordeaux, it's an ideal spot to enjoy a group / family holiday!

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Ideally located, our cottage is surrounded by many swimming spots.

In a 19th-century house with a 5,000 m² garden, renovated in 2020, enjoy a self-contained 90 m² accommodation unit in a wing of the house, complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11 m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to a 180 cm bed), a 30 m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.
