Beautiful appartement in the beating heart of Naples. Nunzia and Mario were great hosts, communication with them was easy and Nunzia even gave us some recommendations of restaurants to discover naepolitan cuisine. Check in was super easy, Nunzia and Mario were there to welcome us in person with some treats. Thank you again Nunzia and Mario, it was a pleasure to stay at your apartment and to discover your beautiful city.

Don’t rely on Google maps. After taking the Alibus to the port, it’s a straight walk through Plaza Municipo, keep going straight and you’re there in 10-15 mins. Google maps route suggested 25min walk - weird route. Must have over looked the photos but couple of things to note….no lounge and no windows. Very busy area right next door to the Maradonna Museum. Plenty to do and see - loads of walking and easy to use Metro - good value for money. Quite noisy at night though - mopeds everywhere - and a fair bit of noise from upstairs neighbours. We did sleep well though - good beds and bedding. All in all good place to stay in the heart of Naples and Rita is a superb host.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Anna’s lovely apartment! The space was tastefully decorated and very spacious. Location was also very convenient, merely 2 metro stops from Napoli Centrale. Anna was also extremely helpful and friendly, she gave us a tour of the apartment and even left several snacks and breakfast items! Thank you very much Anna we had a great time 🥰

Really large apartment for 2 people, well located with a good pizzeria right next door. It was clean, there was air conditioning, which was not too much given the heat.

Four of us traveled together and the apartment was more than enough room, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and dining room were also large. What we really liked was being in a non-touristy area. We were able to get a bus, train, or even a funicular to get into the heart of Naples in about 20 minutes. The local area was filled with shops and restaurants, including a coffee place and sandwich shop downstairs. In addition, our hosts gave us many excellent recommendations, and they also checked on us during our stay. We enjoyed the area and apartment tremendously.

Nico's apartment is an oasis of tranquility. After the lively city, you can still sit on the beautiful terrace. The apartment is, as can be seen in the photos, beautifully furnished, bathroom and kitchen very clean and tidy. The metro can be reached in a few minutes. There are some nice pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Nico is very nice and helpful and lives in the same house. Overall: everything is great!

Awesome experience! Casa Teka is a great place to stay, in a beautiful inner courtyard, with a great location for reaching the Amalfi coast, Sorrento and the wonderful nearby mountains. Torre Annunziata deserves to be discovered and in a few days we felt at home, this also thanks to Teodoro, to his family! (try their pizza at the pizzeria very close to the house)

The area is very convenient, both when arriving from the station by metro and for getting around on foot in the city, or even for taking the funicular to go up to San Martino. The building is a small condominium to feel at home in a part of Naples not yet dominated by shops and tourist spots. If you want, you can do your shopping in the nearby supermarket. - Check-in worked great. We felt very good!

We were very satisfied with the apartment, conveniently located, in the middle of the center. Metro station can be reached in 3 minutes. Bakers, butchers, grocery stores nearby. Also restaurants, we have almost all sights within walking distance. The terrace, which we used for breakfast and also for a glass of wine in the evening, was particularly beautiful. Communication with Daniela was great, we got feedback immediately. It was relatively quiet at night and also in the house. If we come to Naples again, we will always stay there. Highly recommended.

Enrico is more than a great host. Accommodated our needs for early check in, was very responsive and provided us with a full tour of the accommodation, along with restaurant suggestions and tips for the city. The room is as in the photographs,, extremely clean, spacious and very pleasant. All of the equipment are brand new and even the provided coffee was great. The only challenging aspect was the minor humidity of the place (due to it being in central Naples), however, the air condition made it completely manageable. Thanks Enrico 🙏

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I had a great stay at Olimpia's place, which was in a neighbourhood with great restaurants, and a 20-30 min stroll to the historical centre. Olimpia was also super friendly and accommodating, even letting me check in early. And the place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, very nice accommodations!

Very good location, very quiet and spacious for two! However it’s quite moist and lack of daylight (not an issue if you don’t stay in the apartment during all the day). The air conditioning helps a lot with the humidity. We had a very pleasant stay at Anna’s location.

Fantastic stay, book it!! The view from the balcony is the best of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, looks even better than the photos. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and Marina was a perfect host. There is an elevator and a washing machine. 10 minute walk from the metro through the Spanish quarter, tons of restaurants, would absolutely stay again.

The apartment with the most beautiful view of Naples. You can see the sea, Capri and Vesuvius. Naples can be a bit overwhelming on the first day, but day two is much better. You are right in the center. Shops, pizzerias and coffee bars all around you. The apartment is really a home. And the owners Sal and Ros live downstairs. They are so kind and helpful. Don't worry, you have your own entrance. If you want to experience the real Naples, book this apartment. We were with our three dogs and they were also very welcome

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

I loved the place. Stefano's condominium is a great spot to stay in Napoli. Very walkable area and safe, lots of restaurants and things to do.

Giulia was so friendly and very responsive, and the snacks left for us were a welcome treat! The place was exactly as described and perfectly located to walk to all the nearby sites.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus!
