L'appartamento di Ferdinando si trova in una posizione tranquilla e panoramica a circa trenta minuti a piedi da Castellammare di Stabia (dove con il treno si possono facilmente raggiungere Pompei, Napoli e Sorrento). La casa é pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata. Dal balcone c'è una splendida vista sul golfo di Napoli e sul Vesuvio. Ferdinando ci ha accolti con precisione e gentilezza; anche durante il soggiorno si é dimostrato disponibile per darci consigli ed informazioni utili. Consigliatissimo!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

Nous cherchions un logement proche de l’aéroport . Nous avions une voiture à déposer et un vol à prendre tôt le matin. La localisation était donc parfaite pour nous. Le logement a les inconvénients de ses avantages, c’est à dire qu’il est proche de grandes artères et donc assez bruyant. Mais nous en étions conscients en réservant. Nous avons visité la ville de Naples en profitant de l’alibus. Les photos sont conformes , l’appartement est bien décoré. Nous n’avons pas profité de la terrasse qui est un vrai plus. Giuseppe nous avait laissé des collations et des boissons fraîches . Merci pour ces bonnes attentions.

Excellent place, good value, quiet oasis in the wonderful crazy of Naples. Hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the extras (water, coffee, snacks, milk, drinks) were delightful. Lots of effective storage and amenities. We would stay again!

Magnifique appartement presque les pieds dans l'eau. Une magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur le Vésuve. Bacoli est une charmante petite ville à 35-40 minutes de bus de Naples. Gennaro est très réactif et l'accès au logement a été parfait. Un magnifique séjour de 3 nuits.

House so nice,clean,modern,luxury. when look outside of building little but scared. but don't worry Mr. Constantino he will bring you the palace. he so kind, looks napoli gangsta but so warm and goodman. very good explain for Napoli. house also just front of supermarket. pizza. tram, metro to center napoli. near house everything under control by his name. hope next time Napoli 100% back to here. add/ metro station you can buy inside metro. bcuz there is no ticket machine, so controller give you ticket without penalty. 지하철역 바로앞, 슈퍼바로앞, 음식점들 가깝고 나폴리 조금 외곽 동네는 거시기해보이지만 그냥 일반주민들 오래된동네라 서로 다들 아는지인들 아저씨집주인 인상과달리 겁나 착함 지하철(기차역처럼 생김) 안에서 타면 매표원이 와서 표끊어줍니다. 발권기없는 역이라 페널티 안물고 그냥 기본 요금 카드나 현금 가능

If you have a larger group and still want to be right in the middle of the historic district this is a GREAT apartment. Inside the apartment it’s spacious, peaceful, plenty of room for your group to have their own private spaces as well as multiple common spaces (dining room, living room, 2 outdoor patios) where you can come together and enjoy a meal or a few glasses of wine. Step outside the apartment and you are right in the middle of tons of restaurants, caffes, and sights to see. Parking and navigation by car can be a challenge, so highly recommend leveraging Alessandro for transportation. Five stars!!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host, Annalisa. She was incredibly helpful and kind, always available to offer recommendations and ensure I had everything I needed.

Fiorellas Wohnung ist sehr schön mitten in der Altstadt, sie hat alles, was man braucht, und die spektakuläre Terrasse über den Dächern von Neapel trägt zum Charme der Wohnung bei. Fiorella ist eine reizende Person, die beste Vermieterin, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie hilft einem bei allem, was man braucht, und ist sehr freundlich und charmant. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Neapel in einem sehr emblematischen historischen Gebäude. Obwohl tagsüber eine sehr lebendige Straße ist, kann man nachts trotzdem sehr ruhig schlafen. Ich empfehle die Wohnung an jedem, der was besonderes sucht und sich wie zu Hause fühlen will. Vielen Dank liebe Fiorella, ich werde sehr bald wiederkommen.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was everything we needed, clean, and simple. The location was a little outside the centre, but we loved the cozy neighborhood and it was easy to take the buss and metro:)

Alessandra è stata disponibile, gentile e una host fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci si sente a casa. In salone un grandissimo divano ti permette un piacevole riposo guardando la grandissima tv. L'host si è dimostrata subito gentile e alla mano, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare per rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in un quartiere, Chiaia, che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti gli angoli più belli e caratteristici di Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

Super logement, j’ai kiffer.Bel appartement, grande chambre, grande SDM, au moins 3 balcons et une grande terrasse. Je remercie encore Marionetta d’avoir pu répondre à mes besoins et questions, elle était très sympa. Pas très loin de la gare et aussi de la plage. Je recommande à tous ceux qui viendront chez MARIONETTA de passer faire un tour à "la locanda del borgia", très bon restaurant et les gens super sympa ! Ce logement est mon AIRBNB préféré, en ITALIE en pluss ! A savoir aussi que TORRE ANNUNZIATA (la ville) est accessible de Naples, les vestiges de POMPÉI et le VESUVE grâce à son train qui fait toute la côte et pas cher ! encore merci à MARIONETTA pour sa gentillesse🫶🏽

This was a fantastic little apartment in Vomero. A great area! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bakeries, great shopping and bars. Also walking distance to 2 funiculars, a taxi stand and the Metropolitana! There is a beautiful old staircase right next to the building that takes you down to the city. We walked down (a LOT of stairs) through the Spanish Quarter, the Maradonna memorial, famous churches and piazzas - had an authentic and amazing lunch and then walked to the funicular for a ride back up the mountain. The expansive view from the apartment was spectacular! to Sorrento and Capri! The host was great and provided us with restaurant and pizzeria recommendations that were very good. You can really just walk down to the busy downtown of Vomero and find so many options!

En uke midt i Napoli var fantastisk og Toledo Penthouse var perfekt for oss: midt i byen, nær tog (til Pompei), metro, funicolare og havn, masse gode restauranter og yrende liv rett utenfor døren og en fantastisk takterrasse med 360 graders utsikt! Leiligheten - ett roms - er ikke stor, men passet oss, en familie på to voksne og to tenåringer, fint. Den var ren og fin og hadde alt vi trengte. Det er mange trinn å gå opp, så det må man bare være innstilt på. Men takterrassen er verdt alle trinnene. Takterrassen var veldig fin med mange ulike møbler; både sol-senger og spisebord. Og masse fine blomster:) Anbefales!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, sehr sauber und die Betten waren wirklich bequem – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Lage hat uns begeistert. Wenn wir einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag machen dürften: Ein großer Spiegel wäre bei einer Gruppe von 7 Frauen sehr hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten war alles top – vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We loved our stay at Annamaria's villa. The apartment was. just as described - wonderfully spacious and with all amenities you could wish for... always with a personal touch (embroidered towels and many other details which make you feel very welcomed)! Our personal highlight was our morning coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the gulf of Naples ... Naples is a wonderful city but being in this wonderfully quiet neighbourhood (walking distance from all the hustle & bustle) was a true godsend at the end of our eventful days. We truly hope to come back to Naples and will definitely reach-out to Annamaria before considering other options!

4th time in Napoli...and i was so so lucky that i found this apartment.we are a family two children two adults..for us was the best .the apartment isnin a safe area ..it has two bedrooms in proper size with confortable matresses .two bathrooms new and clean..a perfect kitchen and a large living room...all clean..i liked the washine machine .so useful it was. AND ALL IN THE CENTRE.. a breath away is Via Toledo .from that spot you can go everywhere. you are on heart of Napoli..Dario' s information were so useful..and the most important thing was that he answered immediately and he was polite ..For sure i will come back .Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Öt pontot adtam, minden nagyon tetszett, ezért csak pár dolog.. Különleges volt a terasz. Gyalog minden könnyen elérhető. Taxi állomás nagyon közel található. Van egy étterem a ház mellett, ami egyébként nem néz ki túl jól, de nagyon jól főznek, kedvesek, jó az ára, lehet könnyen foglalni asztalt. Ajánlom a lakást!

Giuseppe est un très bon hôte. Charmant et très disponible. Il a vraiment fait le maximum pour nous sentir bien. L'appartement était très bien et correspond tout à fait aux photos. Nous séjournerons volontiers à nouveau. Merci pour tout.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The apartment was spacious, clean and we felt right at home immediately. The facilities were just as described and had everything you needed. The view from the balcony was stunning, absolutely beautiful (we spent a lot of time out there). The location was excellent right by the Petraio funicular & L1 Metro close by so getting around was very easy. Renato couldn’t have been more accommodating with our check in, local recommendations, public holiday updates and just made our stay so easy. His son Gianluca arranged transfers to and from the airport as well which made things even easier. Our check out experience was fantastic with storing our suitcases and also moving them to the car for the journey back to the airport, an incredible gesture which we massively appreciated. Thank you once again for an amazing stay, we would love to come back!

apparemment spacieux propre et bien agencé. la terrasse est très appréciable. aucun bruit la nuit. intérieur confortable et bien équipé. hôtes très serviable , réactif à l ecoute. situé dans un quartier populaire très proche de la gare centrale et de tous les transports (centre ville aeroport pompei côte amalfitaine...) et commerces alimentaires. parfait pour un couple désirant découvrir Naples et ses environs en quelques jours.
