One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Greiterhof - Above the clouds

Stay in an old, idyllic mountain farm, in absolute seclusion. With a view of the Texel Group, 700 m above the valley basin of the city of Merano, you immerse yourself in a small paradise, secluded and far from everyday life. Only the bells of the sheep, the crowing of the rooster and the gentle sounds of the wind chime complement the song of nature. The farm is managed agriculturally and gastronomically. There is also a farm shop, with a wide variety of tasting options (food packages).

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und sehr ruhigen Unterkunft. Sie befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Jugendstilvilla im Herzen von Meran. Durch die vielen Fenster ist die Wohnung sehr hell und schmeichelt mit seinen Erkern und Sprossenfenstern. Sehr geeignet für Paare, Freunde und Familien. Die Wohnung wurde im März 2023 renoviert und ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie befindet sich in einem der schönsten Viertel Merans.

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa (Café Villa Bux) and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.
