Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Merano

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Throughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Beautiful and very clean home, recently renovated with modern design and quality finishings. Felt like a hotel. Breathtaking views - if you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place. The whole family was very responsive, clear and helpful if ever we needed anything ahead of and during our stay. 10/10 recommend, no bad comments or feedback. This place is a little piece of heaven. A real sanctuary... the sauna, hot tub and oh my god, THE VIEWS!!! Lorenzo, the host, was so kind and helpful. He provided us step by step instructions and made sure we had a worry-free stay! We highly recommend booking this Airbnb ❤️

An amazing place to relax and get some rest! Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful. Airbnb is cozy, comfy and you feel at home! It’s definitely the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so glad that I ended up here for a whole week! Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is comfortable and atmospheric, I was simply in LOVE!

Great service and a great place to hke around Merano

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

The owners were extremely friendly and easy to reach. They have gone to great lengths to feel comfortable. The place was very clean. Also a very good starting point for road bike tours. We would definitely visit again!

A beautiful large, centrally located apartment! Great for vacation with children! Very clean and a very kind host who can be reached at any time. Highlighted is the South Tyrol guest card, which is included in the price. This allows you to use public transport for free and, for example, take the bus to the starting point of a hike and end up taking the bus back from another place!

We had a wonderful time in Villanders! Karin was proactive in communication and gave us a super tip to go to the Villanderer Alm, a beautiful place that has not yet been flooded with tourists. The room was equipped with all comforts, with a nice bathroom and nice, comfortable beds. The view was breathtaking every day. On the grounds, they also have nice animals, rabbits, cats and chickens, which made our stay extra cozy. The location is ideal: quietly located, yet within half an hour's drive of many sights. Definitely recommended!

Excellent experience. The accommodation perfectly matches the description, there is everything you need with special attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. Perfect free parking reserved under the house, well-stocked supermarket 2 minutes away and excellent pizzeria next door. The centre can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes or by bus, which stops practically in front. What can I say, more than recommended!

The place was unbelievable, it was like a magic, great location and wonderful view, it mixed the urban area and the countryside. Ilina was a responsive and respectful person, thanks Ilina and absolutely will back again.

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy; perfectly equipped and we especially liked the roof terrace. Despite the fact that the accommodation is in the city centre, it was amazingly quiet. As a starting point for any business, it was great for us! Communication with Andreas was very pleasant and fast from the beginning. Andreas is a friendly, communicative guy :) Conclusion: highly recommended!

Claudio and Pierangela are kind-hearted people, we were warmly welcomed and felt at home from the first minute. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need. We received very good tips on hikes and restaurants. We felt at home with the two of them. The place is highly recommended. The accommodation is simply fantastic. We give 10 stars for the accommodation.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. We were extremely satisfied with Irmgard's place, everything was sparkling clean, in the kitchen and bathroom everything you need was there. We were very warmly welcomed by Florian, Irmgard's son, and the two made arriving, arriving and checking in as easy as possible. In addition, the two provided us with a nice booklet with recommendations and also personally gave us tips. The location is excellent in my opinion, as the apartment is on a side street, which was very good for me, as I like it quiet for sleeping. Downtown is about 10-15 minutes walk and the whole area is very nice. In addition, we were able to use the beautiful garden - a dream. So I 100% recommend the apartment. Thanks, Irmgard and Florian, we will be happy to come back! ☀️

Daniela's apartment was perfect for us. The apartment can comfortably accommodate four people. It is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot in Merano. Shopping and restaurants are right around the corner. The apartment is very well maintained, sparkling clean and very nice with the three balconies. There is a beautiful view from the windows and balconies. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for a longer stay. There is even a washing machine in the bathroom. There is fast WiFi, which is important if you want to work from the apartment. Daniele is a perfect host, very friendly and accommodating, the communication was very good. Every little request was answered quickly. Thank you also for the good excursion and restaurant tips. If we go on holiday in Merano again, Daniele's apartment is our first choice.

We felt super comfortable with Willi & Burgi from the first moment. Very likeable and dedicated hosts - great. The apartment with its own/private garden corresponded to the photos, was sparkling clean and quietly located on the outskirts of Dorf Tirol. Only a few hundred metres away, various bus lines run to the surrounding villages (use is free with the guest card). Restaurants, bakeries and shops are within walking distance of the apartment in the village of Tyrol. After cycling along the Adige and Passer, in Merano and around Dorf Tirol, our highlight was cooling off in Willi's pool and chilling with a view of the valley and the vineyards. We will come back and say thank you again to the two of you.
