Holiday rentals with a patio in Merano

We stayed three nights in this apartment and everything was perfect, from the availability of the hosts to check-in to the provision of every comfort in the house. The apartment is delicious (personally it seemed bigger to me than in the photos) and kept with care, the view of the valley makes each awakening even more pleasant. See you next time!

The stay is modern and in a top location. Everything you ask for will be put right at your door. You overlook the slopes where you can stand on the slopes within 2 minutes or be the nearest are the restaurant. I will definitely go back here. Everything is sparkling clean and friendly to everyone. They make you feel at home. Car right in front of the door. Surroundings are beautiful and other ski villages or steps away are present. So highly recommended!!!!!

It was a beautiful surprise, a very modern apartment with all the comforts, the four of us slept there also taking advantage of the sofa bed (very comfortable). Underfloor heating with a very modern ventilation system, the living room has a window with a beautiful mountain view and a huge smart TV, the bathroom has a fantastic walk-in shower, the kitchen was impeccable with all the necessary tools, and Alois proved to be a really helpful and timely host. We will definitely be back.

Maurizio and his wife are extremely kind and helpful, the house, despite being "dated" is taken care of down to the smallest detail and is equipped with everything you need to cook. Maurizio gave us all the information we needed and the accommodation is very convenient to the ski resorts. Great value for money, recommended!

Great location to reach the center comfortably on foot and with many amenities nearby. The apartment is super clean and compliant. Enrico is a super attentive and helpful host. I would not suggest it to those who have a light sleep given the proximity of the railway to the apartment, otherwise I highly recommend it!

Petra is a very kind host and always available. The apartment is beautiful, with a beautiful garden and located in a magnificent area, close to all amenities (bus stop, shopping center a short distance away, braugarten forst 5 minutes away). Recommended!

very beautiful accommodation, exactly as in the photos. everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the holiday. the owner was active and communicative.

The photos don't do it justice... we spent one week in Family Gasser's home and enjoyed every minute. We drove to walk various routes throughout the Dolomites, but the best view was actually right on our doorstep! The apartment itself was spotless and finished to the highest standard. The town - Villanders - was so lovely and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! Great Airbnb just above a beautiful cafe. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very large and super clean. We had a large balcony with seating and umbrella. The view from the balcony is to the countryside and the garden from the cafe. The location is very quiet and you are right in the city on foot. Opposite is a paid parking area. We would immediately choose the accommodation again. Thanks so much dear Katharina for the nice days.

We loved Stefano's apartment - it was perfectly located on a little hill in a beautiful valley with 360 degree views all around. The apartment itself was very cozy and the view from the terrace were gorgeous! We hope to come back again.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. It is simply but very nicely decorated. The two bathrooms are a dream and the beds are heavenly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is centrally located (yet quiet) and is a great starting point to explore Merano and the surrounding area. We got tips on places to eat and shopping. We thoroughly recommend staying here

Tiziana was the best host. Helpful, kind and makes you feel happy. She explained everything to us. The place is beautiful, quiet, new, comfortable and very, very clean. The view is more than wonderful. Everything you need is available in the place. She also provides everything we ask for. She made us feel like we were in our home and she also allowed us to delay check-out.

The apartment is an excellent location, ski in and ski out. The two bedrooms were perfect for us as we stayed with our daughter and it was very quiet and with beautiful views. It has what you need to cook at home and we really enjoyed our stay. Would certainly again!

We spent two days in this B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment is completely renovated, all new and with attention to detail. The walk-in closet is beautiful, the bathroom is impeccable, and the kitchen and living room modern, cozy and super equipped One of the highlights is definitely the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need: pots, coffee maker, tea, mugs, cutlery... everything is super clean! The sheets were fragrant and super soft, and the raised bed was so comfortable that in the morning we didn't want to get up. It's also equipped with Netflix and every possible comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area to reach everything easily.
