Ivo was very kind and very helpful, he picked us up at the Bolzano station outside the check-in time, on the day of departure since he had no other guests he allowed us to leave the apartment calmly, at home on the occasion of our arrival for Christmas he made us find a pandoro and a bottle of sparkling wine, the accommodation was very clean, equipped with everything, very warm, comfortable, the rooms large, comfortable, a nice spacious kitchen where you can eat and watch TV, the bathroom also had a comfortable shower and the washing machine was always very useful, the building with elevator, was located in a very quiet residential area from which in 10/15 minutes on foot you can reach the center, the surroundings and the station, we highly recommend this apartment for the convenience and availability of its host.

We absolutely loved this apartment. So stylish but with quirky homely touches. Everything you could possibly need was there, really well equipped. Excellent aircon. Very well located in Merano which we also loved! Highly recommend!

Our 14-day stay with Susanne and Mati was wonderful. The apartment has a great location, is very attractively furnished and superbly equipped (even different detergents, umbrellas, slippers, extra blankets, all kinds of spices, lunch boxes —-> almost like home😁) The covered balcony overlooking the Mediterranean garden was a highlight and was used by us every morning and evening. All around a perfect accommodation with wonderful landlords :-)
