The idyllic Flühmatt farm is located at 850 meters above sea level nestled in the hilly landscape at the gateway to the Emmental. The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

The spacious and unique attic apartment (114 m²) has two separate bedrooms with double beds and an open living and dining area with a state-of-the-art kitchen and comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests. The large bathroom creates space for rest and relaxation with the skylight and the view of the Napf. The loggia overlooking the lower village of Hergiswil is an absolute highlight. Next to the apartment entrance is the laundry room with a washing machine.

We do not provide breakfast. We have 2 nice coffee with bakery open for breakfast in the village from 6 am. We live in a green recreational area where it is very quiet. There is a restaurant just opposite a vis. Monday & Tuesday closed. We have a fantastic view of the Pilatus. In the immediate vicinity are Pilatus, Rigi, Titlis, Stanserhorn, Lake Lucerne and Sempachersee. We are in the middle of the north-south Highway axis. Dogs costs CHF 10.00 per night
