Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Menton

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nous avons passé un très beau moment dans le logement de Gérard. Belle maison avec de beaux extérieurs. Idéal pour venir profiter de Menton entre amis. Nous sommes ravis. Nous recommandons à 100% 😊

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf dieser Rosenfarm! Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Malerischer Garten, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nicht allzu weit weg von schönen Zielen in der Umgebung (Wandern, Strand, kleine Städtchen). Perfekt zum Erholen. Eine Woche war viel zu kurz - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank an Julien und seine nette Familie!!

Un très bon séjour. Très bel emplacement. Un joli logement dans une propriété bien entretenue. Le point fort de ce logement est la tranquillité loin de l’agitation de la ville et la belle et grande terrasse.

Ugo is a courteous, helpful and knowledgeable host. It's a beautiful building with a majestic entrance. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. 2 side tables for small items are on each side of the bed. They need 2 small lamps! The closet is in the living room. The owner kept the bathroom with the original bathtub with legs. It would have been nice to have a stand for the shower hand and a hook beside it for the towels. The sink has the original taps, but the cold and hot water are separate! It would be much better if a link to mix both is added. You have to stand in the balcony to see the sea. It's a 5 minutes somewhat steep walk to the building. Parking is available on the street. The building is a 20 minutes walk from central Menton. You can walk on the promenade beside the beach or through the city on the way to the beautiful old city. There are many bakeries, patisseries, cafés and boutiques. The Market has local delicious food. A free bus tours the city. An enjoyable stay!

Laura struck us as a genuinely friendly and sincere person, who wants to make sure her guests are comfortable. She even brought us some milk, as I did not have time to shop. The site is unusual, as it's in a old renovated grand hotel. The park around the apartments is huge and well-maintained. It's a walk to the center of town and the beach, which will be good for you after you eat Laura's snacks. Be sure not to stop at the first gate labelled with the address, as that is actually the pedestrian exit. The car entrance is further on down the road. Laura was off on the day we came, so she helped us find a parking spot and explained everything in person. There seem to be many parking spots available, though. The apartment decor was pretty.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par la fille d’Olivier qui nous a donné les informations nécessaires. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l‘appartement charmant, conforme à la description et très bien entretenu. Le canapé dépliant était confortable. Le logement est proche de la gare, de la plage et du centre ville à pieds, ce qui nous a offert une indépendance totale des transports. Olivier et Céline étaient réactifs par message et ont répondu à nos questions avec efficacité, merci ! Super séjour à Menton, nous recommandons vivement! Merci :)

We LOVED our Menton base (and Menton). The apartment was a generous size for our group of 5 adults, very well set up and comfortable. The terrace is huge and we spent most of our time out there when not out swimming or exploring (old town, Rahmeh gardens, Roqueburne-Cap-Martin, St-Agnes). Also highly recommend dinner L’Orangerie and lobster risotto.

Grandioser Ausblick von der Terasse, gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ein Bus nach Monaco fährt 2 mal pro Stunde, die Bushaltestelle ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Einfach toll! Würde immer wieder buchen.

Le logement était parfait, très bien situé en plein centre de Menton, bien agencé, très propre et calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour tout était conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte était réactif et attentionné, je recommande vivement ce logement et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed. 5 minutes from the beach and pleasant walk to the town. Easy walk to the train station to visit other villages too. Celine was really helpful from the moment we made the booking. Would highly recommend this apartment

Very nice apartment in beautiful Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Located 1 min walk from railway station with short connection to Monaco. Catherine was very helpful and providing help and assistance to any transportation needs. Also very quickly responding if we had any general questions. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Härligt boende i ett av de finaste residensen i fridfulla Menton Garavan. Generöst värdpar som månade om oss. Stilfullt med alla faciliteter och behov uppfyllda , omgivet av en underbar trädgård. Stort plus för den stora terrassen, utsikten och privata lillpoolen. Vi längtar tillbaka!

Excellent séjour chez Stéphane. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement situé pour visiter Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc.. Gros + pour le parking sous-terrain. Très bon contact avec Stéphane.

Parfait, hébergement niquel et facile d’accès

Logement superbe, les hôtes sont aussi superbes que l’appartement. Très gentils, très arrangeants. L’équipement de l’appartement est juste top. Une place de parking a été mise à notre disposition, si vous venez en voiture de sport vous avez largement la place, de plus c’est très sécurisé. Je n’ai jamais eu une aussi belle expérience avec Airbnb. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ☺️ Je recommande les yeux fermés. Belle continuation à vous, Emilie et Antoine

Excellente semaine passée dans l'appartement de Muriel avec un accueil très sympathique de Corinne. Tout était conforme à la description sur le site. Une belle ville, un bel appartement et une immense terrasse avec le soleil toute la journée. Une fois la voiture au parking, tout se fait à pieds (courses, marché, restaurants, casino,...) avec la gare toute proche 11 minutes pour Monaco, 13 minutes pour Vintimille, et des bus au pied de l'immeuble si l'on n''aime pas le train. Parfait pour nous. ...nous n'avons pas testé la plage car fin mars c'est un peu juste, mais pour les courageux, elle est à 50 mètres de l'immeuble.

The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
