Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Kevin ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns trotz der späten Anreise eine umfassende Einführung zu seiner Wohnung und der umliegenden Gegend gegeben. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und Kevin hat sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Loft, die Dachterrasse und der Infinity-Pool ermöglichen es, die herrliche Gegend auf luxuriöse Weise zu geniessen. Die Liegenschaft liegt direkt an einem kleinen, ruhigen Strand, sodass wir als Meerliebhaber voll auf unsere Kosten kamen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden gerne erneut Kevins Gäste sein!

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

The most beautiful property! Such a rare opportunity to find a place like this, truly oceanfront with an abundance of serene outdoor space, pool, grill, etc. all to ourselves. And a big thank you to Ksenia for being such an incredible host.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

consigliatissima la casa di Roberto, è stato come essere a casa nostra !! Ci siamo goduti la vista mozzafiato, piscina e il mare ! c'è una spiaggia pubblica con la sabbia a 5min a piedi,ottima per i bambini!! Roberto è stato di ottimo consiglio !! Anche la signora Marie dell' check in molto carina !! torneremo sicuramente!!!

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Also extremely convenient to Monaco. The neighborhood is very quiet with only residences around. The balcony had amazing views of Monaco and the sea. Arthur was always very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the region.

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

We’ve had a wonderful week at Celine’s place. Menton is a beautiful town and it was all right on the doorstep. The apartment was very homely and had everything we needed. The facilities in the apartment were just what we needed for a perfect home from home. We especially liked the balcony and fantastic sea view. Celine’s communication was fantastic throughout and we are already discussing our return!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt – alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent war hervorragend: schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Ein großes Dankeschön für den rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement. Très bien situé à côté de la gare ( pour aller à Monaco où à Ventimille en 10 minutes ). assez proche du centre ville et de la très belle promenade de Menton. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Great stay at Liliana’s apartment. It was spacious, light and airy and we enjoyed the view of beautiful historic Menton across to the mountains. It was very convenient being in the centre of town with good supermarkets round the corner and a 5 mins walk to the daily indoor market with wonderful fresh produce, and we especially loved the Italian food stalls!

A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

I had been wanting to visit this corner of France for a long time, and we decided to combine it with a tour of two other « blue water » places — Sanremo and Lake Como which are both in Italy. All three are amazing places but this apartment and Menton were my favorites. The high ceilings and tall windows in both the living room and the bedroom look out on the beautiful blue waters. It’s just so lovely. The kitchen has lots of pots/pans/dishes/glasses. I believe the owners must also use the place regularly as it felt like a home — not the usual Airbnb minimalist place. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated that there are electrical outlets on both sides of the bed for phone chargers. The shower was great and there are two sinks and plenty of counter space. The laundry was also a big plus. The location couldn’t be better — the sea across the street, the pedestrian shopping area out the back door with restaurants and shops. Really. There’s no need to look any further.

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.
