This is a wonderful place, a fun tasteful and functional renovation of a historic property. Very clean and comfortable. The terrace has a 360 view of Izmir and you can take a great walk down to the heart of the city. Firat met me, he was very hospitable and it was nice to have a personal introduction to the house. I look forward to another stay.

It was a stay that far exceeded what I expected. Thank you so much for Mr. Mert and his wife. Nature is beautiful, you can drink your coffee and chat while rabbits pass in front of you among the mulberry trees. The house is bigger and more comfortable than it appears in the pictures. The hosts are very caring people. They respond to questions quickly. Although there are minor shortcomings, I am sure they will be resolved as soon as possible. I would love to go back.

Great way to experience Turkey away from city life - cherry trees, dogs every where, outdoor fire pit to cook on, seeing stars as you fall asleep. It’s cabin life in the mountains of Turkey edition.

It was very peaceful, we went as a family and we were very pleased, sometimes you can run out of water in the shower for a number of reasons, but it is understandable. There are beautiful beaches around

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

Serhan and Yasemin have always been interested and relevant since the day we rented the house. They have the most beautiful house in this area, so both they and the guests are very lucky. Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

The home seemed to be in the photos. There was nothing missing, all the amenities were available. We stayed with 2 families and had no problems at all. Mr. Yigit and Ms. Tülay are very interested, when we wrote when we needed something, they came back in the moment and took care of it right away. They are very kind people. It was very pleasant to sit in the garden, it was quiet and calm, a place to relax. We came by planning to visit the surrounding beaches, but we liked the Çukuraltı beach very much, we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Very good location in Kusadasi, very close to Ephesus. We enjoyed the house and Özdered very much. If there's a chance in the future, we'd love to be guests in this house again. We were very pleased with the family.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

A real favorite for this sublime spacious house, quietly nestled right by the sea. A real haven of peace where it's good to unwind. Several terraces surround the house: you can enjoy the sun all day, depending on its orientation. ☀️ The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with even a few basic ingredients available, something to cook with ease. Rooms are large, beds are super comfortable, and the house is impeccably clean. Burcu, our host, is a lovely person: always available, warm and very kind. We recommend this house without a second thought: it's a real pleasure to stay there, between serenity, comfort and exceptional hospitality.

The location of the house was very good, close to the beaches, the site was calm and peaceful. The house was clean and the items were new. Mr. Ismet helped us with all our needs and provided our extra requests (like a bed and chair for the 2nd baby). We plan to stay again.
