Holiday rentals with beach access in Menderes

The place is a well laid out 2 bedroom apartment. It is really as nice as it looks in the pictures. The apartment is clean and has everything that you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is just a few steps away from the waterfront. Dr. Hassan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive to queries. We would definitely stay at his place again.

This apartment is in a very convenient central location with an area of no more than a 10 minute walk you have the sea front promenade, rows of restaurants and cafes, convenience shops and the wider shopping district. The apartment is clean, tidy and well stocked. Everything you could need to make a full meal plus thoughtful extras like dishwasher plus the tablets, washing machine plus the liquid, ironing board and airer for wet clothes. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The balcony is superb with a view of the sea and the park and at night the lighting all around is lovely. Mustafa awaited our arrival (11.30 p.m.) and gave clear instructions about keys, how things worked and wifi etc, he's very nice and has good English, he was available if we needed anything at all. All round a very nice stay and much enjoyed.

The house is much better than it looks in the photos, it has a great view, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there are room smells even in the hallway in every room, the house is immaculate and fragrant, Mr. Cloud is very interested, since the apartment is located on a busy street, he even kept a parking space for us to park our car, thank you for everything.

Great location next to the waterfront, ideal for walks along the promenade. The host is super responsive, the place is very spacious and well equipped. Nice small touches from the host made us feel at home.

Mr. Ümit answered all my questions quickly. The cleanliness and location of the house were very nice. There is nothing in the house that you can be uneasy about. She's very kind and warm. Her parents live just downstairs. Very friendly people. You can feel safe as a family. I would say kitchen equipment is complete. It was convenient on foot in a very central location for Urla. In short, everything is not missing or more as it should be. I can both prefer and recommend to my loved ones on my next visit to Urla. The most important thing was the price. The other apartments I looked at were flying in terms of price, so I used my choice from here. With the hope that the price policy is always reasonable. Plenty of earnings. A private, peaceful location with a stunning view of the sea and surroundings, and the starry sky at night! The house is located in a private community. A car is highly recommended. There are many beaches, restaurants, and ancient sites within 20-40 minutes drive. Alperen was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our family stay.

the house was in a great spot with its proximity to seaside and shopping centers. Oya always responded to our inquiries. The only aspect to consider was the sea' s cleanliness depending on the wind since lots of trash might be carried to the shore. Thank you for your hospitality Oya ☺️

It was a very sufficient and peaceful house during our family vacation. The host was kind and caring. Everything that can meet the basic needs inside the house is 5 minutes by walking to the beach. The sea is clean and shallow. We are very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
