Casa Andrea, recently renovated, is located along the lakeside in Menaggio. The apartment features traditional stucco and modern design, with a spacious living area and open kitchen. The cozy double bedroom and well-furnished bathroom with a shower complete the space. From the patio, you can glimpse the lake, though the view is partially blocked by the lakeside parking area. The apartment offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and all modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

The newly renovated "Casa Mina" sits in the lovely town of Loveno, a 20-minute walk (or short drive) above Menaggio. The building itself was at one time a Monastery, but that was at least 200 years ago! We renovated the apartment in 2025, specifically to prepare it for Airbnb. Now it is a light-filled, brand new & super stylish 3-person apartment, with all the modern amenities, but it's still got that old Italian cultural feel.
