Peaceful and Fun filled Vacation Getaway

Whether it's family fun, or peace and relaxation you desire, this is quiet seclusion, only 3 miles to town, 10 miles to ATV trails. Large game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and basketball game. Another room that was a garage is now a theater room with a pool table and plenty of seating. The projector there displays a huge ultra high definition display screen and sounds great 4 bedrooms, plus pullout couch in theater room. 2 acres with fire pit, picnic tables, lots of parking.

Leave trailer and drive ATV to Wolf Pen Gap West Trailhead. Less than a mile to Bucks baseball field. The fully furnished home has a full kitchen, nice porch, and additional seating area in back wtih firepit. There is also individual heat/air in each room for preferred temperature.
