Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. The town is home to the Melrose Rugby Sevens & the Borders Book Festival & boasts many restaurants, cafes & independent shops. St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite open plan bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private direct access courtyard garden at the rear.

Caravan at The Keep

This is a large 35x 12 foot static caravan , situated on its own hillside site on the outskirts of Gattonside looking across to the town of Melrose and the Eildon hills . It has been rented out in the summer for about 17 years and enjoys return visitors . It’s a vintage 90’s caravan but comes fully equipped and is clean and comfortable. Linen provided . The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Beautiful Flat with Snooker Room and Jacuzzi Bath

My place, close to transport links, is a perfect base for country or city. The flat, originally a 1920’s bungalow, is in the downstairs part of the house separated by a locked door and we live in the upstairs part of the house. We’re in the heart of the historic Scottish Borders with beautiful Edinburgh only 50 minutes away by train. Why not relax with a glass of wine in the private garden, jacuzzi bath or snooker room or curl up on the window seat with a good book.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
