Apartment next to the beach, in a quiet and family-friendly area. It has 2 paddle tennis courts, an adult and children's pool, 2 parks and beautiful gardens. It is on the ground floor with no steps, porch and private garden, garage in the basement, elevators, etc. Punta Candor beach is 180m away (with lifeguard, bathrooms, beach bar, showers in summer) and Los Corrales beach is 300m away (with Buda Candor beach bar). There is pedestrian path between pine trees and bike path that leads to the center of Rota (2km away).

El apartamento ocupa parte de la planta baja de nuestra casa de huéspedes, tiene entrada directa desde el patio y disfruta de dos enormes ventanas, lo que lo hace muy luminoso todo el año. Se trata de un mini loft con una mini cocina, una zona de estar y dormitorio todo en uno. Dispone armarios, TV, baño privado, WIFI y por supuesto si lo deseas, puedes utilizar el patio de nuestra casa. No se hace limpieza diaria.
