The cottage under Říp comfortably accommodates 6 people. It is located in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the pond and is designed primarily for family relaxation. We renovated the cottage in a retro style. We have also modified the courtyard for a pleasant sitting with coffee or good food. There is a fireplace in the garden, a swimming pool in the summer months and in case of bad weather, you can use the outdoor covered seating with a fireplace. Cyclists can store their bikes in a locked room (with the possibility of charging).

We offer to rent mobilheim with parking in the beautiful countryside of Kokořínska. Mobilheim can be rented for 2-6 people. There is a possibility to use the pool or barbecue with the owners. Beautiful surrounding countryside, lots of cultural and natural attractions like Kokořín Castle, Houska, Bezděz, Pokličky, Mácha Lake, historical center of Mělník, car museum in Mladá Bol. In Šemanovice, there are cultural events in the Nostalgická mouse restaurant, and there is also a smaller museum of the Semafor Theatre.

Jedná se o roubenku postavenou v roce 1820, která v posledních letech prošla kompletní rekonstrukcí. Ubytování je vhodné pro maximálně 8 osob. K dispozici jsou 2 ložnice, malý pokojík o rozloze 5 m2 (dvoulůžko), obývací pokoj s kuchyní a barem v přízemí, sociální zařízení a vinný sklep. The trailer itself is 6x 2.5m and the equipment includes a shower, hot water boiler, separate toilet, sink, induction hob (in winter you can cook on the stove - food tastes perfectly on the fire :)), fridge with freezer, sofa bed for two and a large bed 2.3x 1.7 m with futon mattress with protector. Lake Lhota is a short distance away, great for swimming. By car about 3 min.
