In addition to the shepherd's hut, which is conceived to sleep, meditation, rest, an hallway is available for guests, and a separate old hut in which there is an ordinary, basic kitchen. A beautiful, strong, healing place for those who like nature. The memorial hill Říp is behind the thistle, from the foot of the mountain, Řípa there are beautiful sunsets overlooking the Bohemian Central Mountains. Toilet,shower,cold water, outdoor shower.

We offer to rent mobilheim with parking in the beautiful countryside of Kokořínska. Mobilheim can be rented for 2-6 people. There is a possibility to use the pool or barbecue with the owners. Beautiful surrounding countryside, lots of cultural and natural attractions like Kokořín Castle, Houska, Bezděz, Pokličky, Mácha Lake, historical center of Mělník, car museum in Mladá Bol. In Šemanovice, there are cultural events in the Nostalgická mouse restaurant, and there is also a smaller museum of the Semafor Theatre.

Cottage pod Řípem comfortably accommodates 6 people. It is located in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the pond and is designed primarily for family relaxation. We renovated the cottage in a retrostyl. We've also adjusted the yard for a nice coffee or a nice meal. In the garden there is a fire pit, in the summer months a pool and in case of bad weather, you can use an outdoor covered sitting area with a wood stove. Cyclists can store their bikes in a locked room (with conquest).

Cottage Velký Újezd

The history of the house began in 1912, when it was built by the Nicodemus family. In the 1930s, there was a barn and a stable, adding another living room to the house from the lounge for horses. In the 1970s, the last major construction was made when the kitchen and bathroom were built. Current owners renovated the entire building in 2013. In the area there is a museum of Old Beauty. we exhibit historical strollers, dolls, toys and puppets and retro Czechoslovak tea and coffee services

The caravan itself is large 6x 2.5m and includes a shower, hot water boiler, separating toilet, sink, induction hob (in winter you can cook on the stove- the food tastes perfect on fire:) ), fridge with freezer, sofa bed for two and a large bed 2.3x 1.7 m with a futon mattress with a protector. In a short distance is Lake Lhota, great for swimming. By car approx. 3 min.
