Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

A large bathroom with sink,urinal, toilet and ground-level shower is also located on the ground floor....

The newly renovated house, extending over two floors (80 m²), is located in the rear courtyard of an Art Nouveau villa, surrounded by a green area. The house, located in the Katharinen Quarter, is situated in the middle of a traffic-calmed zone and only meters from the city center.
