Gorgeously located gem in the heart of Cognac, this is a super apartment ideal for enjoying the areas beauty - perfect for long strolls, accessible to Cognac's best eateries and only a stone's throw from the famed distilleries.

A very big thank you to Josette and Christian for such a warm welcome as well as for their availability when needed. We also appreciated and enjoyed all the little touches during our stay (treats on arrival at the accommodation) without forgetting Christian's excellent advice for walks and exploring the region.

Very convenient accommodation due to its proximity to the hospital 1 bedroom with a very comfortable 160 bed, we did not use the other bed. Good soundproofing Full kitchen except dishwasher, pods and tea available Washing machine and dryer if needed A very convenient complete accommodation

This beautiful apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is a few minutes from the city centre. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

A great place to rest during a stay at Puy du Fou. Quiet, just a few kilometres away. The place is welcoming, very well maintained with quality bedding. Thanks to Martine for her hospitality with little touches for everyone... I highly recommend.

As described and photographed. I felt very good there for my short stay and I will not hesitate to take this accommodation again rather than others already taken on Niort. Finally, a place to stay with everything you need.

Lovely little home , with all mode cons . Only downside to the stay was not allowed to take the dog on any of the beaches in the area.

Enjoyed our stay in Vouneuil-sur-Vienne small house in the forest very clean and well arranged, quiet without vis-à-vis, with all amenities as well as shops nearby. Jean-Marc, our host, kind, helpful, available, ready to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a great time. Having family in this area, we will definitely be coming back in October 2025. We would recommend.

Our stay with friends went very well. The accommodation is a real haven of peace, isolated. The children loved playing with the many games on site, and the older ones also loved the ping-pong table and other rackets! In short, no worries! Special mention to Mélo's dad who was lovely to us;) (thanks again for the two brioches!)

Nathalie was superb as a host. The place is super quiet and cosy for a lovely stay. Very helpful.

What can I say, a few nice touches: fruit basket, milk, coffee, fruit juice, brioches... A place of beauty! Furnished with a lot of taste and a great level of equipment, we were fully satisfied or even more. We recommend this cottage, we were seven adults and the conditions were beyond our expectations. Don't change anything. Maryline, Nathalie, Chloé, Cécile, Mathis, Pascal and Henri.

Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade terminal has its little effect for retro-gaming enthusiasts. The bedding is good and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.

I really have nothing to complain about the accommodation, everything is perfect, freshly renovated and very very well-equipped. A lot of care and attention has been paid to renovation, furnishings, and decor. Well done, the result is impressive! The "small studio" concept in a house allows you to enjoy quiet moments in complete autonomy and privacy in your room, but also to share other moments with other hosts in the common areas, around a small cafe, like at home! Guillaume is very responsive, welcoming, available and attentive. A real hospitality pro! I have never been more well received in an AirBnB and I will be back without hesitation with great pleasure! Go for it too, you won't be disappointed!
