There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

Private, fenced space, with 2 houses nearby, belonging to the owner, with little movement and absolute discretion. It has a barbecue and a covered space for outdoor dining. Access: 2.5 km from the village of Melides, where you can buy all the necessary consumer goods at the Market and Minimarkets, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants.
