The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay and enjoy the heavenly abode of Phu Quoc here at Liz Villa.

5 stars for the service from Xuan and Kim!! Communication was excellent! The place is beautiful and clean! Each room had their own bathroom! It was convenient to have an elevator so that we didn’t have to carry our big suitcases up. It was my children’s birthdays during our stay and Kim helped me order & arrange delivery of the cakes which turned out fantastic (Kuromi and Pokemon themed) The pool was very nice too! No beach towels so we asked for more white towels. The Location is definitely less busy and very beautiful! The grounds are kept clean and maintained. The only downside is there are not many restaurants. There is a small night market but the food is not good. Grab rides are more expensive going into the city. We were a family of 14 and enjoyed our stay!

Рядом с виллой, которую мы забронировали началась стройка он предложил несколько вариантов замены, о которой мы ни разу не пожалели - новая вилла была ближе к морю. Туан так же помог с бронирование машины, мопеда, с обменом денег, был всегда на связи и быстро реагировал на все наши запросы Бассейн чистили каждый день, и сама вилла очень чистая Все понравилось, большое спасибо!

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

Wan was helpful the entire time and her place was beautifully taken care of. :)

Truc apartment was lovely, with clean, well maintained rooms and bathrooms, and the surroundings were beautiful and walkable.

Such an amazing experience! The place felt really cozy and the bed was super comfy. It was so convenient to get around to all the places I wanted to visit. Definitely coming back next time 💓

the place was central to all the tourist places, big apartment, pool and gym were decent. we will be back here. Khue was responsive regarding lost card and local places to eat.

This was a brilliant place to stay. The hosts were very responsive- most of my messages were responded to within literally minutes. The room was furnished really well and I was given free coffee, tea, and other amenities. the view from the balcony was great - from my room I could see the Landmark 81 building and the train going by. It was a great stay and I will recommend this place to any friends coming to stay in Vietnam.

And the guard was amazing !

I stayed here with my family on my trip the Vietnam. The place was clean and the service was very good. They took care of our every need including providing us we a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. The helped us with our daily trips around island. They made our experience to Phu Quoc to be a very pleasant one. Thank you. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

주위에 밤늦게까지 파티를 하는 집이 몇군데 있었는데, 그것만 제외하면 훌륭한 숙소입니다.

정말이지 초초초초초최앍의 숙소 입니다 사진이 너무 이뻐요 솛지 마쎕요 신춝이라고 하지만 실제의 숙소는 매우 올애 되었습니다 방, 거실, 화장실 모든것이 그렇습니다 또한 방엠안 에어컨이 있습니다(삼성도 있었습니다) 걸싫의 에어컨이 있었으면 좋겠습니다 사진과 실제 집에 완벽하게 동일하지 앓습니다 그냥 삵이라고 보시면 됩니다 저는 환붉을 받고 싶었지만 그럴수 없어서 아쉬웠습니다 다시 한번 말하지만 초초초초초최앍의 숙소 입니다 주소가 찾기가 어려워 베트남 친구가 통화를 해서 겨우 찾을수 있었습니다. 만약 당신에게 베트남어가 가능한 친구가 있다면 추천을 드립니다0 주변이 모두 공사 중이며 도로도 정비가 되어 있지 않아 조금 불편함을 느꼈습니다

Absolutely beautiful villa, looks exactly like the pictures. Spotlessly clean, all bedrooms had en-suites. Beautiful huge pool. Villa is also on a complex with children’s pools, adult pools, restaurant, sports courts and a shuttle to the beach every hour where there is a beach bar, pool, volleyball and football on beach. It’s an easy 5-8 minute walk if you miss the bus. Supermarket a few minutes away with free transport to and from. Super communication, great host. Highly recommended, thank you
