The apartment (approx. 22 sqm) is located in a baroque villa used as an apartment building (yard approx. 1830) on the left bank of the Elbe. The 2 S-Bahn stations (old town and train station) are within walking distance as well as the center can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes. The jetty of the steamboat is also within sight at the railway bridge. Out of town, you can be in the forest of the nature reserve "leftbische valleys" in 5 minutes with its castle park of Siebeneichen Castle.

The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

The court complex was built around 1580 as the town residence of a family from the country nobility.
