Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

We are offering for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming longère renovated in 2024. With an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels provided: drop your bags! Close to Dinan 15 min, Saint Malo 30 min, Rennes 30 min and 40 min from Mont Saint Michel. If you have needs such as a baby cot, raclette machine, barbecue….
