We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.

This is a superbly equipped flat in a fantastic location, looking out on to the mountains and the sea. The bed is very comfortable and the shower room small but includes a washing machine. The kitchen area is really well equipped, with a proper cooker with four rings and an oven / grill. The fridge / freezer is full-size and there is plenty of space on the worktops. The air conditioner is modern and quiet. Probably the best feature of this flat is the terrace. It is spacious and faces south with a terrific view of the mountains and not overlooked. There is a full-size wooden table under a sheltered area and four sturdy high-quality wooden chairs. There are two sun beds with cushions supplied. Maria is a superb hostess, who lives downstairs and couldn't do enough for me. My ipad charging cable failed a few days into my holiday and Maria found me a replacement within 24 hours. Maria, thank you for everything and particularly for the delicious food.

If you walk 200 meters you can swim in the sea, perfect place overlooking the harbor and the many ferries, sailboats very large, and ordinary sailboats. There's a lot of life. Everything within easy reach grocery store, eateries, cafes etc.

This gorgeous renovated three bedroom house felt like home from home. Centrally located in Livadia, the shops, square and beach are a stone’s throw away whilst staying peaceful and quiet indoors. The well equipped and spacious kitchen makes it ideal for self catering (we spent most evenings in with the tv, which has access to many apps). The private garden is perfect for an evening cocktail and watching the ferries. Excellent air conditioning. Giorgios was friendly, helpful and very responsive. Only suggestion would be to have some instructions for the appliances and more storage space for the bedrooms but this didn’t detract at all from a restful holiday. A real gem and would definitely return to this special home.
