The "Schlosssee-Arkaden" building complex, built in 2021 in the center of Salem / Lake Constance district, is directly adjacent to the popular Schlosssee nature park. On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top, under the roof, sits the studio, with breathtaking views. The garden with fireplace may be shared. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
