Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. Welcome! Lovingly decorated, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and Strandbad in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure activities. Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

Walk to the lake in bathing suits in the morning and swim for a little while, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony before spending the day in the beach pool 2 minutes away. In the evening stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony. Either way, it could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment right on Lake Constance.

The 80 sqm 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, pedestrian area and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The house, lovingly renovated in 2017, impresses with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
