Monthly Rentals in Medina

Upstairs apartment in a quaint older home across from our favorite candle/gift shop! Located close to the picturesque Medina Square with a small-town feel of cute shops and restaurants. But also with other various shopping options, restaurants and everything you need within a short driving distance of the home.

Laura was fantastic to work with! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The listing photos are what initially drew us to the home because it looked super cute and cozy, but in person, it was unexpectedly even better – absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the square, which made exploring the area so easy. We visited the area to see family, and we’ll definitely be staying here again if we get the opportunity. Highly recommend!

Comfortable home with all the amenities a family needs to feel at home. Beds were comfortable and home was beautifully decorated. Easy to access kids favorites shows on smart tvs. Laundry was convenience in the entryway, but is a little loud to run if you're used to doing it at night. Pack and Play was set up for our baby to sleep in, simple instructions for check in and check out. Coffee bar and snacks were a great surprise. Bring your favorite creamer. My only note to other people is be careful running water on hot then someone uses sink/washer, it makes it hotter suddenly. Kids had a wonderful time playing on swing in back yard & playing the arcade game in kitchen.

Jessica was a fantastic host! The home was comfortable and she had lots of helpful suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. She also had a good supply of young kid-friendly toys and games, which we really appreciated since we were visiting from out of state. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to the area!
