House holiday rentals in Medina

Situated in a quieter, less touristy part of the Medina, the riad offers a peaceful atmosphere. However, it can be tricky to find your way back the first time, as the riad’s street isn’t listed on Google Maps. To avoid confusion, mark the entrance to the area from a nearby road that does appear on the map. Otherwise, the location is excellent, close to the artisans’ souk. The decor is lovely, and Bouchna (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name) is friendly and prepares a fantastic breakfast.

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

A really spacious riad with an excellent location. It is just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, but is quiet and peaceful being just off the main street. We slept well throughout our stay. The riad had everything we needed. The housekeeper Fatima was so friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every day which made our stay very relaxing. Karine replied quickly and efficiently to our messages both before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had. She also arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, particularly as we were new to Marrakech. There were plenty of rooftop restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the street. It's an excellent location for an authentic medina experience and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Super séjour ! Le riad était magnifique, très propre et super bien décoré. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Merci encore pour l’accueil. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Siempre estuvieron pendientes tanto Simo para saber dónde nos podía dejar el conductor de nuestra excursión el primer día ya que veníamos directamente del despierto. Yassin nos estuvo esperando donde nos dejó nuestro conductor y nos acompañó a la casa. Inmediatamente Yassin nos aconsejó y acompañó a un restaurante donde cenar barato y cerca. (Al final se convirtió en nuestro sitio de confianza diario hahah). Simo fue muy gentil aconsejándonos sobre cómo actuar en la ciudad, excursión disponibles, zocos… nuestra experiencia ha sido increíble en esta casa sin duda volveremos xq nos quedaron muchas cosas por ver. Éramos 5 y nos permitieron tener una habitación para cada uno. Yassin siempre estaba atento a lo que necesitábamos, se convirtió en uno más del grupo. Y el desayuno típico marroquí pero con flexibilidad de horario. (8:30-11) incluso un día que necesitamos x una excursión hacerlo a las 7:30 no nos pusieron pegas. Popo y la señora del desayuno también estamos agradecidos por trato.

Très beau petit Ryad, idéalement situé dans la médina , au calme . Excellente literie et chambre fraîche, climatisation parfaite. Jolie terrasse . Fatima toujours réactive et disponible. Transfert aéroport-Ryad ponctualité exemplaire. Globalement excellent rapport qualité prix dans un quartier typique et animé, point de départ idéal pour découvrir différents secteurs de Marrakech .

Comment ne pas mettre 5 étoiles pour notre séjour exceptionnel au Riad la Douiria ! Nous sommes venues à 7 femmes pour un EVJF pendant 3 jours et nous avons AD-DO-RÉ le Riad, son environ, la disposition, la décoration, la propreté mais surtout la gentillesse et la générosité de Youssef et Naïma qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous pendant tout notre séjour. Un grand merci à Eugénio également le propriétaire avec qui nous avons eu un excellent contact. Tout le monde est super réactif, à notre écoute, et nous vous disons un Grand Merci car notre amie a adoré son séjour à Marrakech, en grande partie grâce à vous ! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !!! Ismail è un host eccellente e ben organizzato, è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre richieste e ci ha persino aiutati a trovare una macchina a noleggio per il nostro viaggio in tempi record last minute. Riguardo l’appartamento, è un gioiello incastonato nella Medina a pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali, specialmente jeema el fna, madrasa ben youssef e Jardin secret. Tutti i servizi perfettamente funzionanti, ci siamo trovati benissimo e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce Airbnb ! La localisation est idéale : proche des commerces, des restaurants et des principales attractions, tout en restant au calme pour se reposer. Le logement est impeccable : très propre, joliment décoré, confortable et parfaitement équipé. On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Chaque détail est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est le service exceptionnel proposé. Une mention toute spéciale pour la gouvernante, qui est aux petits soins du début à la fin du séjour. Toujours disponible, attentionnée et d'une grande gentillesse, elle anticipe les besoins et s'assure que tout se passe pour le mieux. Je recommande vivement ce logement, une véritable pépite !

Die Unterkunft ist einwandfrei! Schön eingerichtet, Sauber! Die Kommunikation mit Rachida war super freundlich und sie war immer schnell zu erreichen. Meriem hat uns so freundlich begrüßt, lecker Frühstück zubereitet und uns wie zuhause fühlen lassen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und hat einen tollen Ausblick in das Atlasgebirge. kleinen Punktabzug gab es für den Zustand der Umgebung - die Nachbarhäuser sind nach dem Erdbeeben noch alle im Aufbau, es wurde viel gearbeitet. Wir haben uns trotzdem rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft von Preis Leistung empfehlen

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! I had a wonderful stay in Marrakech, and this place was the perfect landing spot for a first-time visit. Adriano was incredibly proactive and supportive—from helping me navigate my arrival from the airport to coordinating my departure to the bus station a few days later. The space itself was full of charm, with a beautiful terrace view that made it easy to relax and take in the city. I truly felt welcomed and cared for—like I left with a new friend. Thank you, Adriano!

We had an awesome time staying at the Riad! It was our first trip to Morocco and the hosts made us feel welcome. The roof deck was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Hanan makes the best breakfasts and dinners. We also enjoyed the guided tours and having Ismael get us from place to place and take us out for adventures in the area. Highly recommend the extra meals in the riad, the tours and the massage. Such a great experience!

Loved our stay at this Riad on the edge of the Médina. We had the whole Riad to ourselves and it was very quiet and cleaned each day. Had a lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace prepared by Fatima which was a bonus. The Riad is close to everything and we walked to all tourist sights. Would highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Riad war wundervoll. Wir wurden super instruiert und der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Omar hat für uns einen Transport vom Flughafen organisiert und so war die Ankunft sehr angenehm. Super schönes Riad, sauber, gut gelegen und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

My friends and I had such a great experience staying at this place. It was a great deal with plenty of room for all 7 of us. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly and was quick to respond to any needs we had!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce riad. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. L'endroit est d'une propreté irréprochable et offre une tranquillité absolue, loin de l'agitation de la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec goût et confortables. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine rafraîchissante et la terrasse ensoleillée, idéales pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration. L'emplacement est parfait, permettant de découvrir facilement les sites emblématiques de Marrakech tout en revenant à un endroit calme pour se ressourcer. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur hospitalité !

Tout était parfait ! Julie et Anas ont été de super hôtes ! La villa était incroyable et conforme aux photos ! Nous avons super bien mangé et la gouvernante (Fatima) a été très accueillante et nous a préparé des plats copieux et délicieux ! Encore merci à tous nos hôtes pour ce week-end parfait entre amies ! À noter seulement (que bien qu’indépendant de Julie et Anas), il vaut mieux rentrer accompagnées ou à plusieurs la nuit !

Un séjour comme à la maison ! Un Riad charmant, avec une jolie déco intimiste, chiné. Nous avons apprécié tout le nécessaire pour se faire le petit déjeuner, cake, pain, orange, beurre, confiture, café … Nous revenons le mois prochain 🥰

La ubicación es muy buena y estuvimos muy agusto. El desayuno estaba buenísimo también. A mejorar, la presión del agua de la ducha y poner más almohadas en las camas.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce magnifique riad ! Dès la réservation, Ann et Philippe ont été super réactifs, disponibles et vraiment arrangeants – un vrai bonheur ! C’est très agréable de sentir, avant même d’arriver, qu’on a fait le bon choix, rien qu’à travers leurs messages, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et leur disponibilité. On s’est senties en confiance tout de suite, et ça a vraiment fait la différence. Un immense merci aussi à Fatima et Aziza, qui ont été adorables tout au long de notre séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur attention nous ont touchées, sans parler des petits-déjeuner ! Le riad en lui-même est superbe, tout à fait conforme aux photos (même mieux en vrai !). On s’y sent tout de suite bien, c’est spacieux, joliment décoré et parfaitement situé au cœur de la médina. Je recommande à 100% et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Deze riad, met prachtige vintage details, is zeer centraal gelegen in het medina van Marrakesh , Tegelijkertijd een oase van rust. De comfortabele bedden, de praktische keuken en het rustige terras met een outdoor keuken maken het verblijf extra aangenaam. Een absolute aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay at Emma’s Riad. Emma was super responsive and helpful from the start of the booking process and throughout our stay. This home is a really special haven from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We loved the decor, how peaceful it is, the plunge pool to cool down from the heat, the gorgeous roof terrace and the lovely bedrooms. But above all we loved Malika and Tadelakt the cat 😊 they really are the heart of this home. Malika had made a delicious meal for us on our first evening, she made us amazing breakfast spreads every morning and gave us nice recommendations for places to visit including a lovely Hammam nearby.
