Situated in a quieter, less touristy part of the Medina, the riad offers a peaceful atmosphere. However, it can be tricky to find your way back the first time, as the riad’s street isn’t listed on Google Maps. To avoid confusion, mark the entrance to the area from a nearby road that does appear on the map. Otherwise, the location is excellent, close to the artisans’ souk. The decor is lovely, and Bouchna (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name) is friendly and prepares a fantastic breakfast.

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

A really spacious riad with an excellent location. It is just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, but is quiet and peaceful being just off the main street. We slept well throughout our stay. The riad had everything we needed. The housekeeper Fatima was so friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every day which made our stay very relaxing. Karine replied quickly and efficiently to our messages both before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had. She also arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, particularly as we were new to Marrakech. There were plenty of rooftop restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the street. It's an excellent location for an authentic medina experience and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! The riad was beautiful, very clean and super well decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. Thank you again for hosting us. I would recommend it without a second thought!

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

Simo was always on the ball, finding out where the driver could drop us off on our first day, as we were coming straight from the airport. Yassin was waiting for us where our driver left us and accompanied us to the house. Yassin immediately advised us and accompanied us to a restaurant where we could have a cheap dinner. (In the end, it became our daily trusted site hahah). Simo was very kind advising us on how to act in the city, available excursions, souks... our experience has been incredible in this house, we will definitely return because we have many things left to see. There were 5 of us and they let us have a room for each one. Yassin was always attentive to what we needed, he became one of the group. And the typical Moroccan breakfast but with flexible hours. (8:30-11) even one day we needed to do an excursion at 7:30 and they didn't mind. Popo and the breakfast lady, we are also grateful for the treatment.

Very nice little Ryad, ideally located in the medina, quiet. Excellent bedding and cool room, perfect air conditioning. Nice terrace. Fatima is always responsive and available. Airport transfer - Riyadh exemplary punctuality. Overall excellent value for money in a typical and lively neighborhood, ideal starting point to discover different sectors of Marrakech.

Eugenio was always very prompt to answer any queries. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The plunge pool was fabulous after a morning of wandering, shopping, seeing the sights to cool off in, then a quick dip after the evenings meal😁. Youssef the driver/ tour guide was very friendly and helpful, took us on a desert trip that was wonderful 😀 . Promptly picked us up on arrival and when we left drove us too. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish. Thank you. 😊 l

We had a great stay. Ismail had a driver pick us up from airport and take us to the property. He was very easy to communicate with and the property was exactly as described . The property was in a great central location and we would happily stay again.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal: close to shops, restaurants and the main attractions, while remaining quiet for resting. The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfectly equipped. It immediately feels like a home away from home. Every detail is thought out for guest comfort. But what really makes the difference is the exceptional service offered. A very special mention for the housekeeper, who is very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always available, attentive and very kind, she anticipates needs and ensures that everything goes well. I highly recommend this place, a real gem!

We had an amazing time at this Riad. It was well organized, if we ever needed something Rachida was always responsive. Marium our local help was so fantastic and cooked delicious breakfast and dinner whenever we needed. If we ever ran late or needed a later checkout, there was flexibility. I would highly recommend this Riad so close to all of the main attractions of Marrakesh.

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! I had a wonderful stay in Marrakech, and this place was the perfect landing spot for a first-time visit. Adriano was incredibly proactive and supportive—from helping me navigate my arrival from the airport to coordinating my departure to the bus station a few days later. The space itself was full of charm, with a beautiful terrace view that made it easy to relax and take in the city. I truly felt welcomed and cared for—like I left with a new friend. We had an awesome time staying at the Riad! It was our first trip to Morocco and the hosts made us feel welcome. The roof deck was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Hanan makes the best breakfasts and dinners. We also enjoyed the guided tours and having Ismael get us from place to place and take us out for adventures in the area. Highly recommend the extra meals in the riad, the tours and the massage. Such a great experience!

Loved our stay at this Riad on the edge of the Médina. We had the whole Riad to ourselves and it was very quiet and cleaned each day. Had a lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace prepared by Fatima which was a bonus. The Riad is close to everything and we walked to all tourist sights. Would highly recommend.

Plus, he was very responsive and a fantastic host. special thanks to Nizha, who cooked an amazing dinner for us, and always had lovely brekkie ready for us in the morning. Everything was perfect! Julie and Anas were great hosts! The villa was amazing and consistent with the photos! We ate very well and the housekeeper (Fatima) was very welcoming and prepared hearty and delicious dishes for us! Thanks again to all our hosts for this perfect weekend with friends! Note only (although independent of Julie and Anas), it is better to return accompanied or with several people at night!

This is a beautiful place in the heart of the Medina - highly recommend staying here!

The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

The hosts were really nice and responsive, they managed to face our concerns over safety at night. Breakfast were good. We love the villa, better than our expectations. We had a hood time staying there as a group of 11.

Excellent and beautiful place in a superb location. Within walking distance to pretty much everything you need and is very peaceful. Ank is super responsive and is a super kind host. I recommend staying here to anyone visiting Marrakech!

We had a wonderful stay at Emma’s Riad. Emma was super responsive and helpful from the start of the booking process and throughout our stay. This home is a really special haven from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We loved the decor, how peaceful it is, the plunge pool to cool down from the heat, the gorgeous roof terrace and the lovely bedrooms. But above all we loved Malika and Tadelakt the cat 😊 they really are the heart of this home. Malika had made a delicious meal for us on our first evening, she made us amazing breakfast spreads every morning and gave us nice recommendations for places to visit including a lovely Hammam nearby.
