Super location close to everything and the owner is helpful and friendly 👍🏽

We were a family of 5 adults. Loved our stay. Three of us loved the location of the riad in a very popular area, very exotic, while the other two were disturbed by the noise, pollution, smells. The riad is very quiet. We loved Aïcha's cooking, who is a very nice person. We loved the Moroccans: very welcoming, very friendly. We've always felt safe.

Our stay at this Riad was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not as guests, but as family. The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

The riad is located in the heart of the medina allowing you to do everything on foot. many restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The riad has several spaces to enjoy the pool, a very quiet wooded courtyard and a roof with sunbathing and rooftop views respectively. The riad team was at the top, friendly, helpful, good advice and allowed a stress-free, safe check-in and checkout, which is appreciated as a family. The room equipment was pretty and authentic.

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! Money well spent and it made the trip Thank you both of you for such kindness and respect during our stay , we hope to see you again!

The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

Excellent and beautiful place in a superb location. Within walking distance to pretty much everything you need and is very peaceful. Ank is super responsive and is a super kind host. I recommend staying here to anyone visiting Marrakech!

a beautiful riad with a great location. the staff was helpful and communication timely. two things were different from other Riad's I've stayed before: food was brought from outside and not prepared in the house (it was delicious nevertheless) and there was no cleaning of rooms or common areas during our stay.

I had an excellent experience staying at Samira’s flat. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect quiet, yet close to everything ❤️✨.

Julia’s place is a beautiful small Riad locales in the heart of the Medina, just a few minutes away from the major touristic sites. The place is quiet and very confortable. We were welcomed by Hanae who is such a nice person, she cooked a delicious breakfast for us every morning that was the perfect way to start the day. I would definitely recommend her place and would love to go back some day

I don’t know where to begin because this was the most amazing stay not only because of the building itself, but also the details that Fred has put into this home and all of the touches that he has incorporated to make every guest feel special and connected to the Moroccan way of life. If you are considering this Riad don’t waste your time looking elsewhere you will be so grateful that you chose Fred‘s property.

Franck's riad is so easily accessible in the medina. Plus, he was very responsive and a fantastic host. special thanks to Nizha, who cooked an amazing dinner for us, and always had lovely brekkie ready for us in the morning. We had a lovely few days at this beautiful riad. Everywhere was very tidy and clean and we really enjoyed having the delicious breakfasts prepared for us every morning. The air conditioning in the rooms was very effective when needed, there was plenty of hot water and the jacuzzi was a joy. A local tour guide was arranged for us by Karim, who was very responsive throughout our stay when we contacted him or needed his help/advice. The nearby Foundouk restaurant was a real find - book the terrace if you can. There are stalls nearby selling kitchen essentials such as milk and fruit and vegetables can be purchased in the markets between the riad and the main square. So, the riad has a great location. Highly recommend!

Mohamed and the teams are great. Everything was perfect. We had a great stay with friends. The riad is sumptuous, the bedding is comfortable, everyone bends over backwards for the travellers. The teams are kind, pleasant and attentive. The cooking and breakfasts are delicious. Really great stay. We warmly recommend!

A beautiful Riad in the old town. Very comfortable and beautiful. We stayed as 2 families and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We were also very well looked after by the staff who was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay. The riad was exactly as described and even more beautiful and peaceful than the photos. The beds were comfortable and air con perfectly offset the hot Moroccan weather. The riad was right in the centre of the medina. We always felt safe. The breakfast is delicious and staff that attended the riad were courteous and friendly. Valerie herself was very friendly and helpful, super quick to respond and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants. 11/10 would recommend. We will return here for sure.

What a fantastic house! Completely Exceeded our expectations. The Riad was absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. It is spacious and spotless. The owners have worked hard to maintain the authentic feel of the property and have done a fantastic job with the renovation, with great attention to detail. The warm pool on the roof was very popular with the children. It has everything you would want from a holiday home and more! What a dream of a house! Cannot wait to go back. Only shame is that we didn’t stay longer. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Great spot for the apartment with M Avenue right round the corner, and a 10 minutes taxi into the main square. We loved the roof top which was such a great space, very private and great views. Apartment very clean and well stocked with everything needed.
