Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking with video surveillance is available on site. Unit includes a terrace also feature an equipped kitchen and bed linen. The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. If ariving by plane we can arrange transfers to the apartment.

Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
