The luxuriously furnished apartment has a separate entrance, a small south and a large covered west terrace. Comfortable garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are available. The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 large wardrobe, parquet), 1 large, bright living / dining room (dining table, sofa corner, parquet), kitchen (fitted kitchen with high-quality branded appliances), laundry room (dryer and washing machine) and bathroom (with underfloor heating, spacious, floor-level shower and double vanity). The bedrooms are equipped with modern, high-quality furniture, the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. 3 large-format flat-screen televisions, BlueRay surround system and free highspeed internet access (Wifi 6 with 1000MBit/s) offer additional convenience.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cosy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Welte Vacation Rental

The charming holiday apartment “Ferienwohnung Welte” is situated in a quiet area of Meckenbeuren, only a short drive from the shores of Lake Constance. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The cosy atmosphere of the simple circus caravan harmoniously combines with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head.
