Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Meaford

Our stay at Tuan’s place was as expected! It was great having so many things to do all in one place. The hot tub and pool table were a huge hit for our group! Tuan and his family were very responsive, which made our check in and check out very easy. The only constructive feedback is the basement could be cleaned more thoroughly, and information on the shuttle bus would have been helpful. We ended up walking to the village for dinner on Saturday night, which was about a 20 minute walk. Overall, Happy Home was the perfect place to stay for our friend’s getaway weekend!

The house was actually better than the photos depicted! Absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our large family and we would certainly reach out for future family gatherings! Mila was an incredibly responsive, accommodating, friendly and an awesome hostess! Mila was always quick to reply to messages and really made us feel welcomed! Lovely spot to stay with the family. We had such a nice weekend. Meaford is great place and close to both Owen sound and Collingwood to explore further. The house was comfortable and a great place for our family and dog to relax. It had everything we needed

We had a lovely stay in Port Elgin. The nearby beach is stunning. Lisa's place is clean and very tidy. It was comfortbale for our large wedding party. Excellent stay!

We struggled to find a place for our group of 17 and Stonehaven was an amazing find! The beds were comfortable, we loved being able to have meals all together in one spot, and there was lots of space for people to do different activities inside since it was winter. Outside, we enjoyed tobogganing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing on the property. Steve was quick to communicate and provided clear instructions and maps. We were already talking about going back so we can enjoy the property in the summer! Thank you for a memorable and fun weekend!

Excellent stay in Barrie with the girls: Rooms were comfort and spacious. - Including twins for kids. - Two TVs , one in the basement with a game room (pacman game classics) fuze ball table and pin pong table 3. 2 bathrooms good for large groups 4. Well equipped kitchen 5. Close to the lake and highway Things to work on: This bnb is pet friendly, and is for groups, needs a deep cleaning as there was pet and human hair on all beds , and pet hair (not sure cat or dog ) on floors. The owner did respond accordingly but this is concern for allergy the bnb owner should be conscious on. Prime location and very accommodating to our needs during a long week-appreciate even the cleaner who spent her weekend in the place to settle our peace of mind.

I enjoyed a peaceful 2 weeks at this beautiful Airbnb! The setting is surreal surrounded by nature and a river! I had everything I needed and I enjoyed a few nights with a cozy fire in the wood stove. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The No Frills in Shelburne was a great grocery store nearby. Wendy was always very responsive and helpful. As clearly noted in the description, there is no cell service but not a big deal as there is wifi. I hope to be back again one day! A true gem!

I stayed here for my son’s competition that was in town. It was far less than a hotel and offered more comfort. Large tv to watch the hockey games at night and full kitchen and living area. The location is super easy to get to off of the Hwy and is in a great neighbourhood. It was nice out so it was a real easy walk to the waterfront to stroll the main streets and we ate at a cool Italian spot. If I ever go back to Barrie, I’ll stay here again for sure.

Khalid was an absolute life saver!! Our other air bnb got cancelled day of check in and Khalid was able to get his place ready within the hour for me and my friends. He called me and ensured everything will be ready for us upon arrival. His place was also very clean and the scenery was amazing. Will definitely be back!!! Edward’s place is exactly as described in the listing. Clean, luxurious, and modern design. He responds in a timely professional manner and is accommodating. He checks up on you to make sure to follow the rules since it is a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Great place to stay for our first ski trip to blue mountain.1

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family. The property features a huge backyard, unlike anything we've seen before, with stunning natural surroundings and a swimming pool that goes up to 8 feet deep—perfect for both kids and adults. The house itself had everything we needed, with spacious bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. One thing to note: they don’t provide towels, so be sure to bring enough bath towels for your stay. Other than that, it was an excellent experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!"

Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

This home is beautiful and well equipped. Giovanni was pleasant and responded quickly to inquiries. My only suggestion would be for visitors to check the beds before choosing rooms, as some bed are firm and others quite soft.

We booked this lovely getaway for four couples on Family Day weekend, and while it looks to be a perfect lakehouse in summer, we found it to be a cozy home-away-from-home for those weekends when the last thing you want to do is go outside. The common area is spacious and liveable, the bedrooms clean and comfortable, and we took full advantage of the sauna. What a fabulous experience! We can’t wait to come back!
