Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Meadow Lakes

Daniel’s place had an amazing lakeside view and the house was fully stocked with anything you needed. Even had the opportunity to use the kayaks with life jackets from the garage. Would most definitely stay again. Friend left her camera behind after check out and he was very quick to respond and help us with recovering it. Great stay!

There aren’t adequate words to say for Troy’s place! It is amazingly beautiful and relaxing. He has done an excellent job of decorating and proving necessities for a stay. The beds were very comfortable. Be easy with the heat… it feels amazing on my feet (floor heated) but it will warm up very well… cools off slowly. I just wished I had planned on staying longer. Definitely #1 on our list.

This home is located in a peaceful and private setting. The home is contemporary, but the furnishings give it an organic vibe. It has a great feel and is extremely cozy with a ton of natural light. The exterior deck is also quite nice. This was my second time staying and I enjoyed it thoroughly both times. It is within a reasonable distance to a many areas for outdoor adventures or even just a beautiful drive.

Had a great stay at the Willow Cottage! Very peaceful location and easy to travel to Denali or back to Anchorage.

We had a wonderful stay at Kale’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Kale was incredibly welcoming and friendly to both my wife and our daughter, making us feel right at home. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with a unique mission and atmosphere that made our visit extra special. We truly appreciated the little touches and the care Kale puts into hosting. Our daughter especially enjoyed the family-friendly environment, and we all left with great memories. We’re already looking forward to booking another stay in the winter for a family dog sledding day—something we’re all excited about! This was a super cool spot, and the host was awesome. Very comfortable, well-appointed, and felt so roomy. Everything in the greater Wasilla area is within reach, no matter what type of adventure you’re seeking. Yet it definitely felt private and exclusive. Your search for the perfect spot ends here. We hope to be back one day.

No complaints. I loved that the kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of useful condiments. Having the extra toiletries was very nice. Great location between Anchorage and Wasilla. Both Jeff and his wife were friendly and so very nice to meet.

Apartment was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Brandy and her husband were friendly and answered any questions we had. The parking was right in front of the door which was great for my wife who walks with a cane. It was also nice being able to park under a carport which came in handy when it was raining the day we were loading our truck to leave.

Was only going to stay a couple days, but the place was so great we asked to extend our trip. It was nice to be able to cook our own meals in a nice clean kitchen. Had plenty of cookware to use. Felt like a home away from home. Definitely would book this home again!

By far, the best rental I’ve had with AirBnb. The instructions for check-in were seamless, everything was set and ready to go, there were printed instructions on the counter with everything I needed to know, the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were well furnished and clean. It was exactly the kind of space that I needed after a long trip. A very positive and welcoming environment to stay at. It was obvious that my hosts were very intentional and professional. I’ve already highly recommended it to family for anyone visiting the area.

This apartment is delightful. Quiet, extremely clean, spacious and close to several high schools which makes it easy to attend sporting events/tournaments. Kelly is an excellent host and I would highly recommend a stay. It’s a little slice of heaven!

Jaime was very kind and accommodating during our visit. She went out of her way to get us a Pack n Play for the baby, as well as chargers for our phones because we forgot to pack those. Her place was very clean and had plenty of toiletries, towels, dishes, and coffee for use during our stay. Thank you again Jaime!

If you're looking for a place close to Anchorage, I wouldn't recommend any other place than Velia's. She is an awesome host, and so is her place.

This was my second time staying at Luke’s Airbnb, and it was just as wonderful and perfectly stocked as I remembered it. Luke is always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I loved waking up to the beautiful mountain view’s, and ending the night with the fire pit in the back was just the cherry on top. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wasilla.
