What an amazing stay - the house had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The house is central and in a magnificent setting overlooking the Kranz nature reserve. MgGregor is also a really good base to explore the general winelands. We are already planning our next trip back

We had a wonderful stay at De Vrede Farm, Claudia was very accommodating and Ilzer was so friendly and clearly explained everything we needed to know about the accommodation. We loved that it was so close to the centre of town and yet the property was so big that we felt like we were far away! We did daily walks on the Krans trail and the dogs were in heaven! The bed slept like a dream and the room was lovely and spacious! Thank goodness for the mosquito net, as there were many flying around, but we didn't get bitten! Lovely experience, highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our long-weekend in this beautiful, comfortable cottage. It felt 100% like "home" with all the little comforts - there was not a single thing we could have needed that was not there. The kitchen was a dream to work in and we very much appreciated the lovely quality wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and sharp knives! We played Scrabble at the beautiful big dining table in the kitchen and we were lucky to be able to eat dinner outside on the verandah every evening. I loved the outdoor shower too!
