We loved our stay. Krans cottage offers everything we need for a comfortable weekend away. Definitely our favourite place to stay in McGregor. Peaceful surroundings and walking distance to restaurants and town. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at De Vrede - as a plantswoman myself, the garden must've been my favourite part of the whole property. Expansive, wild and prescribed a slower temporal pace I found incredibly fruitful. The cottage itself was delightful too, where we spent most of the chilly evenings by the fireplace. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

Booked this at the last minute and enjoyed a very easy, flexible booking process with the host/s. We walked into a pristine cottage with ponies grazing on our front lawn, including a beautiful little foal! Add to this fresh flowers and clean linen as well as regular visits from the dogs, and we really felt secure and at home when exploring the streets lovely of McGregor. I cannot wait to come back!
