Suite Island Retreat

We invite you to relax and recharge with this unique island glamping experience; a tiny lakefront cabin with modern touches. From your private dock, swim in the deep water, play on the floaty mat, lounge, read, paddle in the canoe, and catch -both- a sunrise and a sunset… absolute perfection. Little Blue Heron Cottage

This 4-season cottage is perfect whether you’re looking to recharge or spend quality time with friends or family. Newly renovated and hidden in its own bay on Stoney Lake, it offers seclusion and quiet. You'll enjoy the picturesque scenery and the wildlife the bay offers. In the evenings you'll catch breathtaking sunsets. SUMMER: the bay is too shallow/weedy to swim, 10min paddle (canoe/kayak provided) gets you to a great swim spot. WINTER: conditions may offer skating on the bay.

Riverfront Lodging No cleaning fee !

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite -No Cleaning Fee

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does not include the entire cabin. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the beautiful Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is situated on a large partially treed property in the Kawarthas. This property includes a lake lot at the bottom of the hill with a new dock to access Stoney Lake. Located close to boat launches at McCracken's Landing or Gilchrist Bay, Stoney Lake offers access to the Trent Canal System . A pedal boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe are available (guests should supply their own life jackets as they are required in all watercraft)

The Birchview Tiny Off-Grid Cabin

Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast or someone looking for a getaway, this is the place for you. Completed in the fall of 2020 this brand new tiny off grid cabin is well equipped. It sits on 95 acres of private property and is located 5 min from Stoney lake. A wood stove and propane heater inside to keep things toasty. A queen bed in the loft to curl up in.
