Great place to stay in Birmingham, gym was very nice too.

The host were great! The unit was spotless! Very comfortable bed and attention to detail in unit. Great nespresso machine in unit and also coffee maker in lobby. Outdoor patio on ground floor was nice to de-stress. Overall great stay and space.

We went for a wedding weekend and enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to so many restaurants. Place was clean, cozy, and absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an exceptional experience. The location was perfect, and the building was very secure, with helpful lobby attendants. I appreciated the quiet space, as we couldn't hear any neighbors, which made for a peaceful stay. The keyless entry to the building and the apartment are a new requirement I will look for in future reservations. While we did not need the parking pass, we were glad it was available. The building amenities were outstanding, and we were fortunate to be there during a Steel City concert in the park. We enjoyed the music from the rooftop, which offered an absolutely stunning view—we never even lowered the blinds! While I attended a conference, my husband stayed in the Airbnb and found it very comfortable. Overall, the entire experience was top-notch. We plan to attend the concert again next year and definitely plan to stay with Monterrius, an awesome host! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great place to stay. It was our second time. Clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and Samford. Lauren was helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We hope to stay again in the future.

IT WAS EVERYTHING. I truly can't think of anything more we could have wanted. Scott is friendly, accommodating and responsive. Upon arrival, Eagles Nest was warm, inviting, and welcoming. And that was just the foyer. Walking into the main area was amazing. The view is extraordinary. Sitting on the couch and looking out, you can easily imagine you're sitting at the front of a huge boat. And with the double doors open...just WOW! The beds were heavenly, the place was super clean and the kitchen was VERY well-stocked. Scott and Shanelle are so generous; they include firewood, kayaks, giant Jenga and Connect 4, cornhole and boardgames galore. Even a s'mores kit! Some highlights for us were sitting on the beautiful deck as a family one night to take in the sound of the rain against the deck's tin roof and kayaking to Goat Island. The day after returning home, we all just wanted to go back! Scott, we can't thank you enough. You set a VERY high bar! BEST. FAMILY. VACATION. EVER.

Anna was a super Host ! This house is fabulous, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean & totally accommodated for our large family . Comfy beds, air hockey & indoor basket ball to keep the boys sooo happy . Outdoor covered patio with couch & chairs for AM coffee even in the rain ! We had a wonderful stay at Milcarleny's home! The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and so thoughtfully arranged. The walk in showers were absolutely gorgeous, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the coffee bar was cute. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into making this a welcoming space. I noticed some previous reviews mentioned concerns about the neighborhood. I'll admit, at first glance, it felt a little unfamiliar there were people in the yard nearby with a pop up tent selling food, which caught us off guard. But honestly, everyone we encountered was friendly and respectful. Once that initial apprehension wore off, we felt completely comfortable and safe throughout our entire stay. It's important to point out that the condition of surrounding properties isn’t a reflection on Milcarney, her place is a gem. It is updated, adorable and clearly well cared for. We appreciate the effort she put in this place. Would stay here again!

We have had the pleasure of staying in several of Alan’s properties in the Northport area during my daughter’s time at the University of Alabama and they have all been consistently clean and comfortable, well stocked, and well thought out. I know when we book one of Alan’s properties, I don’t have to worry about a thing! Such a nice feeling when you are traveling 10 hours or so from Oklahoma. We are able to relax and enjoy our time with family. Would book with Alan every time if we could!

We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Hoover. This place is super clean, safe, and roomy. It is in a nice location that is convenient to everything you need.

Joe’s place is very nice! I think it’s exactly what the pictures depicted and worked really well for our one night stay. Joe was very responsive to my messages and helped coordinate an early check in based on our need for that. That was very much appreciated and would recommend this property and any others he may have, based on that service alone!

Condo was perfect for our weekend visit. Lauren gave great recommendations for restaurants & shopping. She was very easy to communicate with. Fell in love with Homewood, such a quiet peaceful place. I even sat outside on the rock wall in the fern garden & read while the rest of my crew napped. Will definitely reach out to Lauren again when planning our next visit.

Joycelyn's place is perfect if you want a nice quite place that feels like home. We were there for a wedding and to have some fun exploring the city of Birmingham. This condo was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing! Joycelyn was very responsive. Her place was very clean and had all of the items you need to enjoy a short weekend or a longer stay. The area that it is located in is beautiful! We will stay here again!
