The little cabin was exactly what I envisioned. Quiet and calm with lots of trees.

This will be going in my list as a place to stay again. The cabin was quaint and comfortable land very clean. We had all the basics we needed and appreciated the coffee and snacks!! Perfect up north get away!

Melanie was a fantastic host with a beautiful home. She was so very helpful in a really difficult situation. She was proactive with a lot of helpful information, responsive when we had questions, and was understanding when we had to leave early. This place would be wonderful to visit in the summer when we're on an actual vacation. Great access to the park and lake, the yard was great for our kids and dogs. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice small town getaway.

The view from the front porch was astounding in early October with the leaves changing colors. The space was small and cute. There were some bugs in the space, but that’s to be expected in this type of accommodation - just a some flies and lady bugs - and it was chilly outside so they were on their last leg during our visit. The hot water heater must be very small because my husband and I weren’t both able to get through showers back to back with warm water. But if you space showers out, shouldn’t be a problem. Overall we really enjoyed this stay and would recommend. We wish we had more time to enjoy it, but unfortunately we arrived later in the evening and took off early the following morning.
