We were pleasantly surprised by the house, clean and tidy, including all the necessary services. Lisa is extremely helpful, she also recommended various places to visit, great and constant communication, we never felt alone! We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the sea. It's clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. Enrico was super friendly and very responsive — he made us feel welcome and was always available if we had any questions. Highly recommended!

Great apartment. We spent 2 weeks there with our baby and felt very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by Marco's parents. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. In particular, the kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for cooking. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Downtown is about 15 minutes walking. The pine forest and the beach there are about 30 minutes walk via a road with little traffic. The car can be parked right in front of the house on the side of the road. We would definitely book the apartment again and can also recommend it for longer stays.
