A meeting full of flavors I found Jean-Pierre at the same time a little wild and very hospitable. A little wild by its adventurous side, a bit like a Robinson Crusoe in the middle of its forest. And at the same time very hospitable by all the care he puts at our disposal: wood fires, jacuzzi... About the living environment - very nice volumes - cozy vibes - services ranging from AB to TB We didn't know each other and immediately the flow passed as if we had been old childhood friends. Great welcome, more than enough attention... Thierry is a lovely host! The place is perfect for nature lovers, we were able to fish in no-kill, enjoy the spa and spend wonderful moments with the family of 9. The weather was on our side, so we spent most of the time outside. Thank you Thierry for this great accommodation, we will surely come back!

The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

A sweet house with a nice garden!

We spent a particularly pleasant extended weekend with the family in Catherine's cottage. The house is very well-equipped, the bedding is very good. We couldn't take advantage of all the activities offered, but that's a pretty good sign. The location makes it possible to do the Loire by bike and we were able to enjoy it for a few kilometres. Great stay.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.

Very quiet room, peaceful environment close to Lake Maine. Very fluid communication with Margaux. The 2 cats are very friendly.
