Relax in this peaceful place which is located just over 5 miles to Emerald Isle bridge & 8 minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment in Cape Carteret. Our little place provides 480 cozy sq. ft. with full kitchen, all cooking amenities, a large room with a loveseat pullout bed, dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD (no cable) and Alexa. Washer and dryer, and regular tub for bathing or showering(filtered water). Enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evening for some nice down-time!

Waterfront Getaway with kayaks, jonboat, & fishing

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Located only one block from the boat ramp at the Trent River in Pollocksville, NC and nearly halfway between Downtown Historic New Bern and Jacksonville, and only a 1/2 hour from Emerald Isle beaches – Cottage at the Trent is a stand-alone guest house featuring a stocked kitchen, full bathroom, large loft area for sleeping plus a reading/game area. The unit sleeps 4 – 5 and the property allows for parking trailered boats or RV’s.
