Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Maylands

Booked this place for a week stay in Perth. For a family of six, this is a perfect place with 3 bedrooms, modern furnishings. Place is clean and all equipment functioning well. What you see in the pictures is what you get! That's great. We had issues with the wifi login at first but host is fast to respond to give new login details. Wifi is good, no lagging. Location is peaceful and accessible to grocery store. Overall, value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Helena's! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels and a well-stocked kitchen and a welcome cake! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

What a amazing place and host would strongly recommend this beautiful home . We spent 6 days here for business trip and we all had our privacy and so close to the city and airport. Host was amazing and very quick to respond to everything we asked

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place in Highgate. The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed. While the house is older and does show signs of needing some repairs, this didn’t impact our stay at all. The home was just as described, clean and comfortable, and Michelle was a very responsive and helpful host. Would happily stay again!

Really loved the cosy living space with plenty of room for the family of 5. Two complete bathrooms with showers and a toilet downstairs was the best. Max was vsry helpful and prompt with replies and recommendations too! Thank you so much!

Lyn was a great host and very accommodating for our toddler. The place was very clean and well stocked. Very central location so plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here

Recently stayed at Babel's home and we were very happy. Babel is an incredible communicator and responds quickly. The location is excellent as it's only about 10 minutes from the airport/ DFO if you enjoy shopping and of course Costco. We had a peaceful, quiet, lovely stay and would definitely book again in the future. :)

Hidden oasis close to all the things the city has to offer. Mark also provides a few luxuries that were totally unexpected but a great surprise. The space was massive for a single person travelling for business and the area was quiet but close to everything. Will stay again when I need to be in Perth.

Little space but have everything we need, very thankful for the wine and snacks! Location is good, will be back again next time when i'm in Perth.

Randy was highly responsive throughout our stay. When the communal laundry area ran out of washing powder, he helped us to locate the refill within a few minutes. Also, he shared that the cleaning team would be refilling it within the hour. Furthermore, the apartment had all listed amenities and was generally clean. Finally, while the apartment itself was generally lovely, what stood out to us was its location. It was within walking distance to a car rental, multiple bus stops (located within the free transit zone), a grocery store, great restaurants, barrack street jetty (for those looking to head down to Rottnest Island), and many parks overlooking swan river.

Place was clean and tidy. Good location. Highly recommend this place.

Mayumi’s place was perfect for exploring Perth city, just an overhead bridge away from the city centre. Great that we also had a parking lot for the rental car. All the snacks came in really handy when we arrived on the evening of a public holiday (we didn’t know) and many shops/restaurants were closed. The exterior of the apartment wasn’t too appealing but all good and cozy once inside.

Will definitely be back sometime in the future, no complaints whatsoever-conveninently located near CBD, all essentials provided

This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!

This place was exactly what my family and I needed whilst visiting Perth. Very close to local shops and restaurants! Exactly how Jules describes it and is definitely somewhere we will come again :)

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
