My apartment is warm & inviting. The bedroom is luxurious with a beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry & leafy back yard, bbq and alfresco kitchen. The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay

Lyric's Pad in the heart of Maylands, suited for the young at heart or those wanting convenience with some style. Close to the Perth and airport lines train station a 3 min walk away, bus stop a minute away and car bay for drivers. Located in a lively laneway, Lyric’s bar and live underground music venue is ten metres away, a micro brewery & another bar are a minute walk. The Pad will not disappoint with a spacious living - kitchen area and modern shower, toilet and laundry etc.

Pet fee of $15 per pet per night is charged separately i.e not added to the booking amount. Dates either side of booking can sometimes be available.
