Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is situated in the heart of the Sussex countryside in the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. Spring feels like its just around the corner. The sun is shining and the daffodils are brightening the garden. All the trees and shrubs are beginning to bud and the garden feels like it will explode into colour very soon. The birds are singing and deer gather in the fields.

Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

The Old Cow Shed

Set on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Wadhurst (voted Best Place to Live 2023 by The Sunday Times) is the cozy, self contained and lovingly converted Old Cow Shed. Time to Unwind with amazing walks from your doorstep across the Sussex countryside, Bewl water, or nearby National Trust sites; followed by great meal at one of the excellent village pubs (only 10mins walk); finishing off with a glass of wine curled up in front of the Log Fire. Only 1mile to train station.

Welcome to The Forest Den which has just been beautifully renovated offering a chic rural retreat. Forest Den is probably the closest accommodation to Pooh sticks bridge and set in the Heart of the Ashdown Forest with direct access into the famous 100 Acre Wood from AA Milne's Winnie the Pooh! Forest Den is a super cosy rural retreat offering a get away from it all lodge at the same time as offering all the creature comforts for a break. New for 2022… Alpacas!

A Delightful two bedroom detached country Cottage.

A charming Cottage in the village of Mayfield. There is a wood burning stove for winter stays and a enclosed well stocked tranquil garden with outdoor seating. The cottage is detached and situated up a private drive with parking. It is secluded and quiet whilst being under 2 mins walk from a super village pub serving good food and local beers and 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village with all its lovely shops/cafes, delicatessen and famous gastro pub.

The Brock Suite with sunken spa bath and balcony

The Brock Suite is perfect if you are looking for a complete escape in a countryside setting. The suite is within a large country family home where we also live. A spacious 25 ft bedroom on one floor and a luxurious en-suite with 2 person jacuzzi and a balcony on the top floor. The bedroom has a 4 poster bed, sofa and TV (Apple TV and freeview). No kitchen. Tea making facilities. Mayfield has 2 pubs and plenty of country walks. A car is needed.
