Holiday rentals with beach access in Mavrovouni Beach

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

Giorgos has been very accommodating and understanding with me. The house is new and in the area there are families with kids.

This is the most beautiful place to stay. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need. It’s spotless and so well equipped. The view is outstanding ! We had the best time and really appreciated the communication and hospitality throughout. We recommend it 100% and hope to return one day soon. Thank you

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Η κυρία Μαρουλιώ ήταν εξαιρετική, μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε σε όλους τους τομείς, πριν και κατά τη διαμονή μας. Σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να ξαναμεινουμε εκεί την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε το νησί!

The views from the balcony were fantastic, beds were comfortable, short drive to great restaurants, convenient having a washing machine in the unit and a drying rack, it is located right above a fantastic bakery.

Notre séjour chez Leonidas et Frini était vraiment génial. Leonidas nous a accueilli avec une gaité extraordinaire. Nous étions en famille avec nos enfants et le logement est parfait. La propriété (magnifique de l’extérieur également) est située en bord de mer dans un quartier très calme et proche du petit port de pêcheurs de l’île. À proximité, de petits restaurants proposent toute sortes de plats locaux ainsi que des produits de la mer. Les plages conseillées par Leonidas sont paradisiaques (Simos) ! Un grand merci également pour les petites attentions de notre hôte (huile d’olive, olives, petites coquillage pour nos filles…) bref… à conseiller sans hésiter !

This place was absolute perfection - location, cleanliness, size, and affordability. We loved more than anything the easy beach access and ability to walk into town. The views from the deck are so dreamy in real life. For others awareness, the apartment is on a very steep hill. I think there are stairs as well on the other side, but there is a steep incline with marble stones. It was slippery in the rain, but there was a handrail. We had no problem, just be aware!

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

We have had an amazing stay! The area is amazing with plenty to do. The little house is very cute and every little detail has been thought of with so much love and care. We would love to stay here again in the future ❤️

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Lovely location with a beautiful view, really nice villa, modern with a well stocked kitchen. They left a nice gift of local food and refreshments in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

Deze locatie was in alle opzichten geweldig en vinden we de allerbeste locatie die we tot nu toe tijdens drie Griekse vakanties hebben meegemaakt. Locatie, ruimte, voorzieningen in huis, communicatie etc. waren top. Daarnaast blonken Sofia, haar man en dochter Argiro uit in hun attentie naar ons in een goede balans met respect voor onze privacy.

We very much enjoyed our 4 nights. It's best to have a car but the area was very quiet (October) and peaceful. It's an older style apartment but everything you need is here and as described.

Ruhige Lage für Erholungssuchende sehr geeignet. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Natur pur, sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer.

Amazingly well positioned, private and super clean apartment. The bed was really comfortable and two pillows per person were provided. We loved eating our breakfast and some dinners on the private balcony overlooking the sea. Because the apartment was one big block back from the beach there was very little road noise and we were also able to park just outside. We would stay there again in a heartbeat 😍

Εμμανουέλα a su être réactive à nos messages et nous a fourni un logement conforme à nos attentes. La terrasse est très agréable et offre une vue dégagée sur la mer. Une place de stationnement se trouve juste devant la porte mais beaucoup de places sont disponibles dans la rue si nécessaire.

Point fort : confort, logement propre, calme, bien placé. Merci à notre hôte pour ces petites attentions sur des produits pour le petit déjeuner, c’est très appréciable !

Dimitra's place was accompanied by excellent hospitality. Dimitra gifted us with with fig jam, olives and Melba toast, things lovingly made by her mother. Dimitra even picked us up at 7 a.m.. to drop us off at the local bus depot. I felt like I was visiting a relative. Awesome stay.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

Logement magnifique, propre, moderne, fonctionnel, spacieux. Plusieurs terrasses. Etendoir a linge (très apprécié quand on fait une lessive). Nous avons été accueillis par Petros, un hôte très aimable et à l'écoute. Toute l'équipe qui gère cet appartement a d'ailleurs été très réactive à tout moment, un grand merci à eux. Un flyer avec des QR codes disponinle dans l'appartememt permet d'obtenir une foule de conseils très utiles sur les différentes activités aux alentours, les restaurants, etc. Le quartier lui-même est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme dont de nombreux bâtiments ont été constuits récemment. Accès à la mer à pied en 10-15 minutes et à la vieille ville en 20 minutes. Ou alors en 2 minutes en voiture. Bref, un excellent séjour dans un magnifique logement et une équipe très accueillante, je recommande à 100%!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Kalamata und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Der schöne Balkon war ein Highlight. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin war schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen!
