River Lodge

This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

Beechwood House is a large family home situated 200m from the world famous Johnnie Fox's Pub and Restaurant. There are coded electric security gates with ample parking. Room has independent access with coded entry. Each room is ensuite with a large powerful shower and underfloor heating. With its own entrance and parking (car necessary), this apartment is ideally located close to Sugarloaf & Djouce mountain, Wicklow Way, Vartry trails, Ballinastoe mountain bike trails, Glendalough monastic site and more. 3km from Roundwood village, a favourite stop off for lovers of artisan food and coffee, not to mention some great pubs!

Garden guesthouse - amazing location on the coast!

Lovely private guesthouse at the back of our garden. Features a king size bed, ensuite and kitchenette area with fridge & coffee machine. The location is fantastic - it's a 10 min walk to catch the train into Dublin City. We’re walking distance to Dun Laoghaire waterfront, Sandycove Beach and the iconic 40-Foot swimming spot. Killiney Hill Park and the gorgeous villages of Dalkey, Sandycove and Glasthule are also on our doorstep with loads of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to choose from.

The Granary

Cottage 3- The Chicken Coop

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place at the home of 90 alpacas. K2 Cottages Farmhouse and Farmyard are nestled in a hollow on the farm. The cottages replaced seven 7x original outbuildings and take their names from the building they replaced. We’ve used the granite, stones and slates from the original buildings in the new cottages. These cottages are very comfortable and are an ideal location to set up base to explore all that Wicklow has to offer
